This was a great find for those who have some mobility issues with first floor rooms. Ike was such a pleasure and the breakfasts were super. The chill vibe in town makes a stay on the island as quintessential as Ike says," I like these people. They make me feel normal."

Crews is a quaint little B&B situated on a quiet back street but well within walking distance to just about anywhere you want to go on the island. Ike, the housekeeper, can provide you with any information you need about the island or give you suggestions about the various dining establishments. The house was built around 1908 and has five...

I felt a sense of peace wash over me as soon as we pulled into the drive of this charming three-story house. Not only was the housekeeper, Ike, awesome (and judging by previous posts, I'm not the only one who thinks so!), but everything from the antique glass Clorox bottles used as vases to the ducks waddling around in the...

We had a wonderful time at this lovely B&B. We visited Ocracoke during a very hot week! We stayed cool in our room at night (each room has its own air conditioner) and slept well on the comfy bed! Although the living area could get warm, we sat on the lovely porch and caught the breezes! The Innkeeper, Ike, was...

Wonderful place and super clean!! Very relaxed, inviting environment that will satisfy those looking for a change from the hotel/motel scene. Ike, the innkeeper, is so warm and relaxed that you automatically relax knowing that you are in good hands.

This is our second trip to Crews Inn! We love it here. We totally relax. The rooms are always clean, and this B & B always receives top notch state ratings on cleanliness and overall performance. The B & B host, Ike, is just a great guy. He consistently makes this a great place. He is laid back and you...

This is by far, the best B & B we have ever stayed in. There is a lot of local history about the town. The owners of the B and B live on the next street. They come and visit. If you want relaxing and peaceful, this is your place, plus it is a short 2 blocks from the main...

We stayed here at the last minute at the beginning of the season. It was very quiet and comfortable. This old cottage style house is well maintained with very nice rooms. The loveliest part of this B&B is the manager, Ike, who works very hard to make sure your visit is warm and comfortable. He has many great stories about...

My husband and I chose to return here because of the location , low key charm, and this trip has reaffirmed our decision; the back porch swing is a fine place to begin and end a day on Ocracoke, with ducks and chickens rambling about. It is within walking or biking distance to places to eat and shop. The night...

We look back on our stay on Ocracoke Island and at the Crews Inn as one of the highlights of our two month road-trip through the US. As we drove onto the island, it seemed that time slowed down and we were in a magical place where the busy world fell away. Crews Inn is a pretty little cottage with...
