We only stayed one night, but appeared to be the nicest place on Ocracoke. Staff was nice and friendly, suite was comfortable and the view was breathtaking. If you can catch the sunset here, you will definitely not regret it!

We feel in love with this suite as soon as we walked into the door. We stayed for the weekend and did not have a single complaint. Staff is very knowledgeable about history! We stayed for just a couples getaway but agree we will bring our kids back.

The rooms look across Silver Lake at the Ocracoke Lighthouse with docks right outside your door. Perfect location! Walk to restaurants, shops and Springer's Point, Blackbeard's hangout and the site of the largest gathering of pirates in North America. Also the site of Owen and John Lloyd's theft of treasure in 1750. They stole more treasure in one afternoon than...

The perfect winter getaway. The owner and staff made it all perfect. The staff made us feel like we were right at home. The cottage was delightful with all the amenities we could need and I would love to wake up to that view everyday. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Reached Ocracoke late in the evening and discovered this place open for new bookings. The rooms are exactly like my apartment with for a restful stop. All floors have the best view probably in Ocracoke. The neighbors mentioned that the sunset view was next to amazing. Made plans to visit again in April.

I have been staying here for over 15 years. THe rooms are always immaculate and well maintained. Park your car here and you can walk to any restaurant, shop or attraction on the island. The owners are friendly and professional, as well as the staff. If you have never been to Ocracoke you are missing the real treasure of the...

Great suite, excellent staff. Perfect view of the bay from all floors. You'll want to visit the gift shop. Lots to see within walking distance. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to fix full meals.

The crew at Captains Landing is similar to a family to me. Whether I travel alone or with others, I am always met with warmth, assistance in unloading, and news of events for my stay. Should I need any extra amenities for cooking something special, a simple phone call to the office brings it to my door. The crew is...

We arrived in Ocracoke 4 weeks after Hurricane Matthew. We were contacted by the Inn the day before that the ferry service form Hatteras Island to Ocracoke was still being affected by shoaling and that we need to take an early ferry as they would not be running at night. It was a nice appreciated call. The staff was friendly...

My girlfriend and I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at this wonderful Inn, situated dramatically on the famed Ocracoke waterfront. This island is popular in the summer, but our getaway was planned for a time when the island is not full of tourists. When we checked in, Betty gave us a complete tour of our room, showing us how...
