We choose this room because it was close to the PNC arena and like a 7 buck uber ride..and very cheap....it was way better then we expected...the guy who checked us in was super friendly and could tell we were there for a hockey game and joked with us...i love the gazebos in the little walkway behind the rooms....we were...

We used this place to stay after an event at the PNC Arena. It is a .9 mile walk. Event parking was $15, the hotel had a shuttle for $5 a person, but we found the Backyard Bistro charges $10 for event parking (and we ate there, too) and then the Arena is just across the street. The hotel was...

I really wanted to like this hotel. I was very disappointed. The staff was very polite but they could not make up for the VERY SLOW INTERNET or the burned grits at breakfast. Yes, burned grits. On the second morning of my 4 day stay I noticed that the grits were brown with black flecks, I thought maybe they had...

The room wasn't spotless but cleaner than most hotels in this price range. I told the housekeeping staff to come back in about an hour as we were getting ready to go to a funeral. We came back that evening and our room had not been serviced despite my conversation with staff. It turns out that she didn't understand me....

The first two times I stayed there with my little Chihuahua to have surgery on NC those times were great in room 103 first floor. When I checked in the last time (3rd time) they had me next to two huge aggressive dogs so i went down to the front desk and asked to be moved knowing my little dog...

Average hotel, nothing that stands out in a positive way except the location to the Hockey arena that was good. Bartender could not wait to get rid of us after the game and he was not friendly at all.

This Ramada had everything we needed. We didn't have to leave the Motel to get a good meal. The staff was so helpful and really nice to my Party.

This was our second hotel in NC. I was awarded this room via my points from another horrible hotel experience in Minnesota. Hote room was clean, had a nice restaurant. That's where it ends for the good. I have always stayed in Wyndham hotels and the last 2 have been highly disappointing. The pillows on the king size bed were...

I was not on the property at the time of your incidents and would have definitely looked into things if I had been notified of a problem. Again, we are sorry to...
