We arrived less than two hours after the reservation was made via the HHonors iPhone app & were told the hotel was overbooked and our "Deluxe King Room" was not available. The only available room would still have a king bed, not the fridge we needed, but would cost a few dollars less. The hostess offered use of the staff...

I needed a cheap but clean place to stay in midtown Raleigh close to my work since my AC broke and it was 80+ degrees in my house. This is an older Hampton Inn but it has been well maintained and is very clean as I would expect of Hampton Inn. The lobby area seems to have been updated recently,...

This was a nice Hampton Inn... We only stayed one night, but enjoyed the complementary breakfast on the way out. Staff and hotel was nice and we had no complaints. It is conveniently located off the main highway, but the room was quiet.

Staff wasn't very friendly, didn't acknowledge me being an Honors member and when we had issues front desk staff wasn't at all helpful. Bed was uncomfortable as well. People in room next door were smoking and nothing was done when reported.

We were there to move our daughter to college at NC State. It's convenient and easy to get to. We stay everyone we visit her. Been going to this hotel for 3 years. We have tried other places but they are not as convenient to her and you can't beat the price.

This is your typical slightly older Hampton Inn. Rooms are decent. I like the location very quick to get downtown or to NC State with a nice shopping center across the street. Relative to other hotels in the area you tend to get a better price here. Friendly staff.

The room that I stayed in had mold in the bathroom and I was not accommodated for the inconvenience. When I checked out the next day all they had to say was sorry, and we will have someone to take a look at it.

Hotel was nice for the price. About a ten minute drive to the NC State campus. No fridge in the room. No luggage rack; our luggage sat on the floor. Pool was nice. Staff was helpful. Room was very spacious.

I booked this hotel via the Hilton site. It did not give an accurate description of its location. Its location is near almost nothing. There is a shopping center with some fast food type places and it is not far from the freeway. No real sit down restaurants in the area. Its location has a business park feel. This hotel...
