Fantastic location and building. The service was poor, the place was not even 10% full for lunch and yet the staff were too busy. We ask if we could change tables after approaching the staff at bar ,she was flustered even though we were moving the cutlery ourselves and we had to take the food to our table as well,...

First the good news...the property is quaint and quite attractive. Beautiful setting. Overall building and grounds are very nice. Room square footage more than adequate. Food was good and food service was friendly and attentive.. Now the bad news... 1 - Forget the "free internet" as it only works in a very small portion of the lounge area - not...

Revisited this great old landmark after many years. I had forgotten how brilliant the location is. Absolute beachfront of one of the most picturesque beaches in Australia. Had a lovely evening meal that could not be faulted for taste, presentation and service. Only downside was the chef lacked some professionalism as she lounged against the bar in full view of...

This was a beautiful hotel! I understand it is used a lot for weddings, and can understand why. The rooms are nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, and we had a balcony view out to the beach and ocean. The find dining restaurant was closed, but we both had a great mango prawns dish in the brasserie. The beach behind...

we stopped in here for a coffee and was so impressed, with the view that we came back the next day for lunch and was so glad we did. The food was amazing. We loved the beer garden area and the beach. It is a old hotel that has been restored and it was interesting to see the old photos...

The Seahorse Inn is a beautifully restored, very photogenic, historic hotel right on the beach at Twofold Bay (approx. 10 kms from Eden). We arrived well before the standard check-in time and were greeted with a friendly smile and the advice that our room was ready. However the receptionist advised that we might be more comfortable in one of the...

My wife and I spent two lovely nights in this nostalgic hotel that is right on beach. The location, in Boydtown, is a few minutes down the road from Eden, but worth the effort. Much early Australian history to soak up if you're interested (1800s). Ben Boyd was the key pioneer of the area and has left his legacy everywhere...
