The hostel was actually okay for what i needed but the male manager - Well i think he was the manager - Was literally the rudest man i have ever met. I will never recommend this hostel, If i could have canceled my stay and moved i would have, as 1770 backpackers and beachside were much more accomidating to my...

Laid back, friendly hostel with great staff (except the owner). In good location close to beach. Good sized rooms -not cramped and free WiFi. Great facilities and probably the best nights sleep I've had in a hostel so far. Hammocks, cheap homemade meals and surfboards to hire - couldn't fault it.

At first glance this hostel appears to be a home, as it is situated in a residential area. I walked in the door and was greeted by Greg the house manager, this guy is the best. Full of energy and optimism, he bounced in his step to show me around this colorful hostel. Perks of this hostel *Free wifi *Down...

Stayed here overnight in an 8 bed dorm. The staff are very friendly and introduced themselves and their dogs to us on arrival. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The bathrooms are clean. They also offer a meal and pancakes at a reasonable price - the pancakes are pretty good! Would recommend.

The hostel itself is great, clean and really chilled. However the stay was ruined by the crazy owner. I accidentally smashed a bowl that was an ashtray because there were only 2 chairs outside so I perched on the little side table. I hit it with my butt getting up when I had finished calling my mum and the owner...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Cool place, cool backpackers, can play your own music. Free tea and coffee and milk for it. Rooms of 8 and only 2 plug sockets which is stupid. Kitchen is always clean but that's no surprise as the owner will kick you out mid cook so he can clean for 30 minutes even though it's...

I absolutely loved this hostel. The facilities were great and I loved the cosy living room type common area. Really made you feel at home. I've read that people had issues with the owner saying he was awful. I actually really liked him. He is a bit rough around the edges but he was cool and always helpful. And I...

We only stayed for one night, but I wish we could've stayed for longer! Really welcoming and friendly. Picked us up from the bus stop and gave us a short tour. Incredibly clean and well kept with open communal areas and spacious dorms. 100% recommended!

Only thing is there's no air con but it's one of the best hostels I've been too!! Getting picked up from the greyhound drop off even though it's just a 2 minute walk away. The owner is a legend and everyone is so friendly and knows how to have a laugh. The Kitchen is cleaned 3-4 times a day and...
