There is no permanent resident at the property as you would expect for a B&B. Our room had not been cleaned properly - there was even a partly eaten chocolate bar under a chair. Yes - the property is air conditioned, but there is only one central control for the whole house. The air cond controls were often not accessible,...

We asked for breakfast, the response was "*%@#t" I haven't done the shopping. We passed 3 supermarkets driving in so I'm not sure why he couldn't just pop out to buy the things needed for breakfast it was only 4pm when we arrived. We stayed one night at Baggs on our way to "Arts in the Olives" Festival in Lost World Valley on Mother's Day. We stayed in the Wattle Room. We didn't do breakfast there because w didn't know what our schedule was going to be. The staff was very accommodating.
