It's a pity coz this place is in a very good location first of all, It's in a really good location, close to everything, very convenient, and quiet and that's the few thing I like about it. The staff was rude, one old lady (I don't know her name) answered the phone was rude with no patient. when we check-in,...

We had been walking for 8 days and rang in with a late booking, the staff were accommodating and offered us a 2 bedroom cottage at an excellent price for 4 nights. We then turned up to our destination to find we didn't have a booking - we were actually in Southport Tasmania, and had made a monumental mistake booking...

Nice location, convenient access to shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walk from the tourist park. Public transport was basically on the doorstep to everywhere we needed to go from theme parks to nightlife all within 5-20 minutes travel. Staff were very helpfully in assisting us with theme park deals and places to visit, how and when the...

We booked in for one night, in our own campervan and initial impressions were ok - there's a pool, jacuzzi, small playground and the layout felt quite nice with trees and things around. The location is excellent with lots of things nearby, and the price is certainly cheaper than some other bigger tourist parks. I was having problems with the...

Lovely little secluded place to place our tents for a couple of nights whilst we saw the beaches nearby. Had quite a very natural jungley feel where everything worked but it didn't feel too polished. The new owners were extremely friendly and helped us plan our trip without us even really having to ask.

The website photos don't indicate the reality unfortunately. The park is not exactly a "Tourist Park" and needs a lot of care and attention. We checked into a "Deluxe Cabin" & were welcomed with a sign to turn the air conditioning off to ensure power outage doesn't occur!! It was a 35-38 degree weekend, d'ya think we were going to...

Arrived to find a run down old tourist park. We stayed in a family cabin and were created by dead cochroaches and after saying we didn't want to stay were told as we'd pre paid they wouldn't refund. We went to pull back the 80.s threadbare duvet to be greeted by bugs on the sheets. Dirty and old we couldn't...

This park is fine for its price .. the beauty is, it is close to the bay, with KFC and McDonalds handy if you wish. The units are old, but it's the cheapest place in town, so don't expect the Ritz .. it's just a place to sleep

One of the lady's in the office is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She has absolutely disgusting customer service skills and spoke to me like dirt when I was attempting to book a family holiday. I ended the call by saying "forget about it I am not booking with you" and hung up, after having to put...

With this particular customer the dispute was when they wanted to book on the 26/03/16 at a off peak price and our Manager advised its not off peak during this time as this date falls on the Easter Holiday which would be priced at the On Peak rates, the customer proceeded to say no its Off Peak to which our...
