Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate your commending words regarding the presentation of the park and our grounds team. We are very sorry that you have had a negative experience with one of our reception staff, be sure that we will investigate the matter further as this is in major contrast to our regular feedback. We set very high standards of customer service here and believe that every guest should have the best possible holiday while they stay with us and we encourage our staff to go above and beyond expectations when they can. Once again we are sorry and hope that you enjoyed your stay with us despite this initial impression. Kind regards, Management Broadwater Tourist Park

Thank you for your enquiry! Our pools are heated from May to October and are set to a beautiful 26 degrees, making it enjoyable to swim even in the middle of winter. Yes we have lots for the children to do!! We have a giant jumping pillow, a playground, a tennis court, a recreation room full of arcade games and other games, pedal bikes to hire and of course our two pools. And if all of that doesn't keep them busy, then our fantastic location right on the water and being within walking distance of Australia Fair should definitely suffice! We hope to have you and your family stay with us!
