No sleep, no air conditioning, lots of noise, Very tired looking room, no service, never saw anyone as reception was not manned, and still no one around when I left after 9.00 am. Worst nights sleep ever, so hot and humid and the A/C needed gas so it didn't work. YUK! Will NEVER stay there again....ever...

It was a bit better than I was expecting, after reading a handful of reviews. It wasn't overly clean. But on the flip side everything worked. The bed was comfortable, the aircon worked well, the curtains weren't sheer (like a lot of budget accommodation) staff were friendly enough, pool cooled us down. The parking was a bit first in best...

Booked for my brother. After seeing it, I wish I hadn't. Mouldy shower. Old noisey air conditioner, dirty room. For $165 you think you would get a nice place. Should be called Backparker hostel. Definitely not a Resort.

I read all the reviews on TA after booking and was very very nervous to check in due to negative reviews. Can't say I see where the problem is, the place is clean and has everything you need for a short stay. In this case you get what you pay for, and Harbour Side Resort makes for a fine place...

No wonder we were able to find a family room easily at this time of year. The place has a dirty smell to it, carpets not vacuumed, room looks old and bare, but at least the sheets look clean. Coffee bags and sugar are not complimentary, wifi not complimentary, when I turn on the tap it makes a very loud...

Wow.....where to begin. Room smelt stale & muggy, air con in room didn't work, not one knife in the kitchen ( thankfully I always pack a picnic set) bed sagged ridiculously in the middle, shower head kept falling down while showering, generally unclean. I always read TA before I book but unfortunately still had to book as it was a...

I don't know how this place is allowed to stay open. My bedroom had mould on the ceiling from the air conditioner which I doubt has been serviced for years also remote controls didn't work settings couldn't be changed. I showered in my thongs and still contracted tinea in my feet from mouldy tiles. Windows rattle in windy conditions keeping...

This is budget accommodation so you can't expect too much. But it is filthy. I admit we have stayed here a few times due to the price but we now take thongs/ flip flops to wear in the shower because of the mould and obvious lack of cleaning & our own pillows when we can. The service is truly terrible....

booked this one online on the freeway after a long drive and needed a stop over. Price was good and while it looks a bit old from outside, it was comfy and clean inside. Close to the Broadwater and around the corner from CSI Club. Kitchenette and a few foxtel channels. Not bad for a quick stay.
