Recently spent four nights here with friends. Very comfortable room with free wifi. Amazing, top-notch restaurant. Brilliant food and they certainly know their WINE! Exquisite gallery. (Actually, it is a form of antique Heaven.) Incredibly thoughtful and welcoming owners and staff. Must say late July isn't the best time to see the rose gardens but there are lots of lovely...

We booked because an agency of some kind called us at work and offered 2 nights for $200. That seemed pretty cheap so we thought why not. We used the room for only one night and it was a good location to be based in for touring the Barossa. We didn't expect a lot at that price and our expectations...

The setting of this beautiful place is magical . The garden is a delight . Restaurant is quirky with its retro feel . We always enjoy staying here . We enjoyed lovely wine from a sophisticated cellar , as well as an enjoyable meal . I loved exploring the garden and thought it was a treat to be on this...

I am a local and I have to admit that I was impressed when we had some recent bush fires and this business offered to house bush fire victims who had lost everything free of charge. It made me proud to be part of our community and I was blown away by this generous gesture. The grounds are very nice...

My wife and I stayed here on a weekend getaway. Although the room we stayed in was well dated it wasn't too expensive so sort of okay except for a lower than expected level of cleanliness. It really sensate take too much to clean the bathrooms does it?The restaurant was such let down it really spoilt our weekend. The food...

We had the pleasure of joining friends for a bitterly cold winter weekend in the Barossa and were very fortunate to stay at Lyndoch Hill. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The motel room was spacious, clean and modern and luckily with good heating. Restaurant was very busy but the meals were excellent. The Chateau, set in the grounds...

Having read a few poor reviews, my wife & I went there with what I'd perhaps call amused trepidation. It didn't turn out to be the awful place described by some, but certainly it also doesn't quite look like the pictures on the website. As others have said, it is very 1970s and needs some work but our room was...

My partner and I stayed at Lyndoch Hill for three nights in July 2015. Check in was a breeze with a very friendly and helpful staff member waiting for us. We had called previously stating a bit of worry over some bad room reviews, but the room we recieved was lovely. Nice decor matching the ambiance of the rose garden...

My mother, daughter and I stayed at Lyndoch Hill for a few nights in June 2015. Check in was easy, and I loved meeting the resident dogs, who are very friendly. Upon arriving at our room I was disappointed to see that the building was reminiscent of a 1970's motel. Upon entering I was faced with a small brick room...

Nice rooms with a very comfy bed and very clean. Lovely meals in the restaurant and lots to do around the area. Walk through the rose garden or enjoy a cup of tea after touring the museum. Very helpful staff and a couple of nice dogs on the premises, friendly
