We selected Barossa House primarily due to the great TripAdvisor reviews as well as the location and the availability of tours from the B&B. It's a very nice old house on the main road between Tanunda and Nuriootpa. We stayed in the Garden View room (1) for 3 nights, which has everything you need to be self contained. The room...

I really loved our tour with Lee and Jeff. There were two tour cars on our day, only 4 people altogether in our car which made it feel alot more intimate than a large tour group. As we were a smaller group we were looked after on each stop. I think we may have stopped off at 5 locations. Some...

We had a night stay in their big rooms, it was brand new and beautiful, had view of the garden. The only part I didn't like is that you have just a window in the morning to be able to have your breakfast I felt like I was at school, also there is just one table in the kitchen where...

Spent 2 nights at Barossa House, very charming home & absolutely gorgeous gardens. Our room was warm & toasty upon arrival in the cool evening. Very clean & tidy, new modern bathroom. Judi greeted us a breakfast the first morning. Filled our tummies with delicious fresh, local produce before a day of wine touring & exploring. Great spot & absolutely...

We only had one night, but even so Barossa House was Brilliant. We were given the Honeymoon suit - very spacious indeed. Great bed and shower was also excellent. Lee and Judi leave chocolates and tawny port for you as well. Great hosts'. Next time will stay longer and perhaps go on one of Lees tours. Highly recommended.

Lee gave us the experience of a lifetime in the Barossa Valley. He picked us up at our location in Salisbury Heights. He tailored our tour to the types of wines we preferred and only took us to wineries where the staff was knowledgable and friendly. Lunch was included in the tour, and boy was it delicious. The outdoor patio...

pleasant stay in barossa house. The owners were very welcoming and a wealth of information on the local area. Rooms are private and quiet. Continental breakfast is enough to get your day started. Beautifully manicured grounds with plenty of seating areas. A gem of the area.

We spent a weekend away from home at beautiful Barossa House. The first things you notice on arrival are the magnificent rose garden and charming period house. Our hosts Lee and Judi are very charming and welcoming. They gave us a complete tour of the home before taking us to our room with inbuilt en-suite, decorated with period furniture, crisp...

I dislike writing critical reviews but I found this B&B to be poor and significantly worse than previous reviews would suggest. It may well be that this was above average in the past but standards have moved on. The room was small, cramped cluttered and poorly laid out. And whilst the complimentary port and some confectionery are a pleasant gesture...
