we stayed 3 days with two accessible rooms, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the rooms are out dated but we thought that added character, the location was fantastic, everything with walking distance. we had the continental breakfast each day, it was very good for the price and we had dinner in the restaurant on two occasions, the meals...

It is outdated but the food was nice, it was close to sights & everyone was friendly. Room was reasonable & we got a double bed each; could have used a small table and chairs out the back of each unit. They can accommodate GF with ease and breakfast was a breeze - GF toast, cereals, soy milk - I...

Located just outside of the main town strip, the Barossa Motor Lodge, although out-dated and in need of a hotel upgrade, is a great little comfortable stay in the middle of the Barossa Valley. You can travel all directions from the lodge and come across many of the top wineries located in the area. Clean and comfortable rooms but a...

Set just on the edge of town, (20 minute walk from the CDB) the location seems ideal, but beware. This place is in need of a major facelift. It's hard to get by the ants, spiders and centipedes. More out of the 60s, it's an embarrassment to this major wine valley. Sign on the door says it all: "For Sale."...

Sorry that you were not happy with your stay, however I can't see your registered stay with us Mr Spitter from Canada. Are you sure you have attached this review with the correct motel? We would have been very happy to converse with you regarding your stay.

We stayed one night there, definitely value for money; Furnishing is a bit old, but room is clean and comfortable, especially the bedding, exceed my expectations. Location wise, not too far from the town centre.

Other travellers have commented on the old décor (late 70's or 80's ) and the place really does need a makeover. A bit far from Tanunda's shopping centre for our liking. The beds were comfortable and you parked straight outside your room under cover. Service was good as was the meal in the restaurant. Too expensive at $147 but it...

This property is located approximately 2 kilometres outside the centre of Tarunda. Still, it is ideally situated for exploring wine country. it has a restaurant on site but if you want to try others, you'll either need to drive or otherwise it's a 15 minute walk. This is a basic motel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The value for...

Couldn't have been better catered for and looked after for our Conference. Meals were of an excellent standard, rooms clean, comfortable and spacious. Great room for us to hold our dinner meetings with guest speaker, with equipment available for presentations. Easy parking space for our bus. Friendly, helpful and accommodating for our every need. Highly recommended.

Hosts are lovely. Room is clean if dated (in fact same bathroom fittings as my 1970s house that's under renovation- talk about déjà vu). Bed comfortable. Good value for money and located centrally for cellar door touring. I'd stay there again.

We were 5 ladies on motorbikes and stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is a fair walk to the town centre, taking about 15min to stroll there. Even though it had its own restaurant, we were on a budget and wanted to find elsewhere to eat. The manager wasn't the...
