We spent 3 nights in this paradise. Great food-good atmosphere-helpful hosts-nothing to much trouble for them. Clean premises-stayed in the downstairs room with it's own sitting room. Nice breakfast available. Very good value.

This place is a real gem, beautifully restored by Rosemary and Charlie. We had the twin room with a WC and shared the bathroom, which has the biggest shower I've ever seen. The level of cleanliness is second to none and the decor is modern and pleasant. Our room has to chairs to sit in which was a nice bonus...

Stayed one night our way from Swansea to Launceston and we weren't disappointed. Beautiful countryside and a warm welcome. Our room was huge and comfy and we had the best shower that either of us have ever had! The continental breakfast was lovely and the owners were friendly and chatty too! I can't imagine anyone not loving their stay here!

Great hospitality from Rosemary and Charlie who have remodelled this charming historical building Continental Breakfast was a standout with great variety Make sure you enter Lottah Rd from the St Helens end and not Scottsdale end Very comfortable beds with crisp white sheets This couples' experience in tourism really shows Every room is tastefully decorated and inclusive of comfortable seating.

We spent one night here during the Christmas/New Year break, while on a driving holiday around Tasmania. Lovely country property with a great restoration story (ask to see the 'before' pictures!). It's clear the owners, Rosemary & Charlie, have put a lot of hard work into creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for their guests, and they strike the right...

I must say that the stay greatly exceeded my expectation. The host (Mrs Snow) has been very friendly and attentive to details. A portable cot is already in the room for our baby when we arrived. The property is very well maintained. We stayed in the room on the ground level, which comes with a clean WC. We also enjoyed...

I had been through Goulds Country before, having taught in NE Tas some 30 yrs ago, but never expected our 1-night stay in this Guest House to be such a great experience. My wife doesn't like the cold, and usually prefers to be in the big city, so I wanted her to appreciate the beauty and isolation of GCountry. She...

The hosts were the most in their hospitality. We we pampered and delighted with the quiet and scenic setting. Their was more than we could eat for breakfast and we were directed to a pub in a paddock for tea which had atmosphere plus!

More for less. Great hosts who go out of their way to make your stay one to remember. There were so many places to see within 20 minutes of the guest house. The wildlife in the nearby area was a great attraction every night we drove back to the guest house.
