We spent one night at the hotel. Everything from service to the room and food was fantastic. We got a great rate including dinner. Dinner was set menu fine dining and highly recommended. Walk to Maropeng through a garden pathway, literally 3 mins. To accomodate our 7 year old son, a matress was placed on the floor. Room was big...

Group of 10 for our year-end event booked for dinner and stagazing. Had to drive through a severe hail storm - looked like snow on the road and next to it. Arrived just after sunset with spectacular views of the Magalies Mountains to enjoy drinks which was fairly priced. When booking - we were told the menu will be Chef's...

Stayed at the hotel for a single night. It is located on the Maropeng premises away from the main road protected by the main gate. Warm welcome at the parking lot which is close and gives direct access to reception and rooms. The hotel has a limited number of rooms what keeps it calm and cosy. Ideal if you are...

The operative word one needs to focus on, in the name of the hotel, is "Boutique" - meeting the needs of specific clientele. If you enjoy sunsets, tranquility, nature and history - then this is for you. The staff were friendly, professional and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Easy to find and fairly...

The hotel is located in a quiet area within walking distance of the Cradle of Humankind exhibit. The hotel rooms are nice and the view from the rooms picturesque. The service and the restaurant were great. Be...

What a great place. Beautiful hotel with stunning views over the cradle of human kind from all of the very comfortable rooms. Fabulous restaurant with an excellent chef who trained partly in Miami and came out to talk to all of the diners at the end of service. And all reasonably priced.

The overall experience at this boutique hotel was wonderful. The view from the room is fantastic and the one way glass guarantees privacy during the day. The half board deal was excellent value and we enjoyed the food. The staff service was professional and friendly and any problems were promptly dealt with. For us it was an extremely comfortable and...
