On a quick last minute beach day we decided to stay overnight, the front desk was very nice.. quick check in etc.. the room was really outdated, old beds, bedding, pillows, furniture, the bathroom was tiny tiny! Old tube tv but it worked well and my son and I did find a few things to watch.. pool never opened, and...

Bed spread stained! Bathroom sink dirty! Bathtub slimy! Drapes falling apart! BUT there was a bottle opener on the wall! Cost was cheap.....you get what you pay for! I would not recommend this for any reason!

This was a good value for a basic motel-type lodging convenient to Wilmington. I arrived late and left before breakfast, so I did not experience everything they offered. The clerk had trouble finding my reservation made via Trip Advisor, which didn't speak well to using this tool for a hotel reservation.

We got into our motel room and the door has been previously kicked in, the fridge smelled like a dead rat, and the room in general smelt like death. You honest to goodness get what you pay for. This place must have been built in the 60s or 70s and hasn't been updated since. They at least clean the rooms...

To all of you complaining, if you want a $200+ a night room, call the Hilton. If you want a cheap place to lay your head and are a bit adventurous, this is okay. First, it is an old motorcourt, but the grounds are very nicely landscaped and maintained. Second, there are some full time residents here, but hey are...

Drug deals outside door. Man offered my daughter Marijuana in parking lot. Door would not lock. Mold on pillow... tv didn't work.....the list goes on and on... Do yourself a favor don't stay here it is not worth the $20.00 you will save.

We booked a room at this hotel because we read on-line that it was charming and budget friendly. Budget friendly, yes, but if it was once charming...NOT anymore! The rooms are dirty. Closet was dingy, the hangers were old and some broken, hair dryer was dirty and sticky. Underneath the tv.stand there were empty juice bottles and filth. Windows and...

Let me begin by saying, southern hospitality never disappoints. The staff at the inn were friendly and accommodating; but that's where it ends. This place is so bad I don't even know where to begin. The filth in the room is older than I am and I'm no spring chicken. Large shards of peeling paint on the walls and ceiling,...

It was pretty old and didn't feel clean at all. The first room had a very mildewy/moldy smell, so they were nice enough to move us to another room. The 2nd room wasn't very clean. I think the place has potential, but needs a total makeover, improved maintenance, and a deep cleaning. The mattress must have been 30 years old....
