The Inn was very centrally located. The rooms were nice and large. We enjoyed the FREE cocktail hour and the bartender was amazing. The only downside to this Inn is the food. The breakfast was terrible and the "cookies and milk" that are served in the evening seemed to be store bought. With all this said we would definitely go...

This is an interesting old mill that has been converted into an Inn. There are a number of stairs including, for us, stairs in our room from the bathroom down to the rest of the room. If this is a problem for you be sure and ask for an accessible room. There were a number of items on the breakfast...

I have stated here numerous times for family events and vacations. It is a very Charming old building with lots of character. The staff is always very nice and the rooms are always clean. There is a live in kitty that everyone adores. And yes, they offer cookies and milk and cocktail hour. Great for everyone

Every time I stay here, I can't wait for the next opportunity to return. So when 2 business partners wanted to go away for a working retreat, The Brookstown Inn came to mind immediately. I met with Manager Cherie Gordon and she was amazing. Even though she had a wedding to host later that day, she showed me several room...

Decided to stay here after an event in the city. Was pleasantly surprised with the mix of cleanliness, luxury, and uniqueness. Was relatively priced as well. All in all is a quaint and cute inn for those not wanting to pay the expensive and luxury prices of the bigger hotels and resorts in Greensboro.

I was recently in Winston Salem with my daughter looking at Wake Forest. Though this hotel is not super close to WFU, I'm so glad we stayed here. We got in at night weary from traveling and were used to staying at so-so hotels on our college tours. This one was different! Staff is warm and accommodating. The room was...

I love this hotel. We stayed here several years ago when our daughter was college shopping and when we realized we'd be spending the night in the area, we were delighted there was a room available. It's a charming hotel with beautiful rooms. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. There is a wine and cheese time we didn't attend...

I stayed on the fourth floor in a huge room with two doubles and windows all across one wall We were given a free drink in the sweet little pub and felt we were in a world apart from the hustle modern city. Quiet, comfortable rooms with cable TV, Keurig, frig, and microwave. Felt we had our privacy, yet were closely connected to relaxing common areas where family gathered for breakfast, caught up over wine and cheese in the on-site "Cotton Mill Lounge" in the afternoon, shared photos and networked on genealogy projects in the cozy parlor, enjoyed the breeze and shade while...

I really enjoyed this hotel, BUT IT MAY NOT BE FOR people with severely limited mobility. The hotel is inside a converted cotton mill and has real character. Many of the rooms have step ups to enter and many of the floors are very uneven under the carpet as would be expected in a very old factory. Talk to the...
