In the main, the food isn't that great for the English. The odd meal was ok, but the majority of the time it was poor. We've travelled a lot & we've never known such a scant choice of food. The hotel overall doesn't seem to be in sync with British holidaymakers. They don't even have " normal " tea bags for a morning cuppa, only the herbal stuff. The only option for eggs was the sloppy scrambled unappetising type. They offer an upgrade to dine in the Double Tree, it costs 6 Lev. But you can't do it on an ad-hoc basis. It's either for the duration of your stay or not at all.
Overall it's the worst place we've stayed.
Hope this helps
