Whether you're here for fishing or just looking for a room with a view, this is undoubtedly the place to stay on Cold Lake. For anglers, the convenience of being across the street from the boat launch can't be overstated. The views from the 2nd floor lake side rooms are guaranteed to relax. The hosts will compete for the job of your favorite aunt and uncle. Unfortunately, there are hazards. The marina parking lot is a favorite Friday night meeting spot for the local teens who want to put their custom car stereos and after-market mufflers on display. Couple that with the thin walls and you get the picture. Still, I would say you would have a positive experience. If a sound sleep is of utmost importance, ask for south side room, you might do okay.

Thank you for the review and you'll be happy to know that the City of Cold Lake has been cracking down on the marina traffic. We hope to see you again!

I have stayed in many b and b's and this one operated by Teresa and John is over the top incredible. Teresa meets you with a smile and it continued for the entire stay. The rooms are wonderful, well kept and up to date. Being well decorated increases the ambience of a quality facility. An ever changing morning breakfast delivered to the table is a nice touch. Check in and out was easy, It was flawless. I highly recomend a stay in this B and B, I have to add it is across from the marina.

I was called to be advised that my room was being cancelled due to poor staffing. I was given less than 48 hours notice to find another accommodation in Cold Lake with no compensation. I would not recommend this bed and breakfast.

Theresa was so welcoming! Our room was very clean and well appointed. Location to the marina is so convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the evening. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you for a great weekend!

Very disappointed in our stay as Teresa did not make us feel very wanted and the rooms seem to be smaller than when I stayed their in past years. Internet was terrible and Teresa solution was we can leave after one night if we like? Also the next day we were informed of a power outage for the morning, what was my wife going to do while I was out visiting customers? Will never stay here again!

Dear Hank10210, I'm sorry to read that you did not enjoy your recent stay with us. Unfortunately due to the recent city construction near us our internet slowed down and we experienced a power outage from 9am-noon. I informed all our guests about the issues that day and tried to accommodate their needs. In response to you wifes' need of the internet I did suggest other hotels on the south side (that were not experiencing any of the issues we were) as a solution. By no means was it my intention to make you feel unwelcome but rather very much the opposite. We have worked very hard for the past 15 years to provide the best quality service and accommodations, striving to make everyone feel at home. Teresa.

We had a perfect stay on May Long Weekend at the Lakeshore Inn/B&B! Great location near the marina and close to downtown. Clean and beautiful facility. Our room was amazing with double Jacuzzi, fireplace, balcony, wood floors and 4-poster canopy bed. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Best of all was breakfast. To start there are many choices of cold cereal, oatmeal with all the fixings, 3 kinds of juice. The first morning we had lovely French toast with a vanilla custard and berry compote. The second morning we had scrambled eggs with ham, scallions and cheese, toast, fresh fruit and yogurt. It is the best B&B we've been to!

We stayed for three nights at the Lakehore Inn and enjoyed every minute of our visit. Our large rooms (we had the suite) were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was terrific. Oatmeal, yogurt, cereals, plus eggs, bacon (or ham), toast and fruit. Teresa and John (a most affable couple) were very accommodating for our requests, especially the early breakfast the day of our departure. We highly recommend staying here if you happen to be going to Cold Lake. Bardzo dziekujemy!!!

Though I have been in Cold Lake many times on business and pleasure I have always stayed at the big box hotels. My wife and I decided to walk outside of the box for this trip, and found this lovely place adjacent to Cold Lake Marina. The owners were so very friendly and worked ever so hard to make things pleasant, and the rooms were top notch. In our room we had two beds particianed by the bathroom and a wall which made my young sone feel as if he was independant and allowed mom and I some privacy. Though the balcony was very small and barely useable it did afford a decent view and was a nice addition.
This place had Fabulous service, Fantastic Food, and was so quiet. Loved it!!
