I really enjoyed my stay at the Waterfront Harbour B&B. The breakfasts and afternoon treats were delicious, the room was spotless and comfortable, there's plenty of space to relax indoors and on the balcony overlooking the lake, and Isabel (the host) is welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cold Lake.

We had the best stay ever. The room was excellent and the breakfast's were exceptional. This was our first stay in a B&B we were treated with such kindness and by a caring host. We would recommend this B&B to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay.

Waterfront Harbour B&B is an amazing gem in Cold Lake. Isabel is such a warm, caring, friendly host. Communication with her prior to our arrival was easy. The location is brilliant - the only thing between the B&B and the lake is the road! From our room, the Marina room, we could hear the water lapping on the shore, loons calling and boats on the lake. The Marina room & Aurora room share a balcony which is perfect for catching the most colourful sunrises. The Marina room is the only room without a tv, but that was just fine with us. The wifi is great! We had plenty of room. There is a fridge on the main level tucked away that is for guest use to keep food/beverages. Now, let's talk about the food! There were fresh, homemade Saskatoon Berry muffins waiting for us in our room on arrival, and each afternoon when we came back from a day out there were fresh baked treats waiting for us (cranberry white chocolate scones, chai cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies). Such a delight to come back to! Breakfasts! You will not leave hungry! Fresh fruit & yogurt every morning, then there was a fritta & bacon one morning, baked peach/blueberry french toast & sausages the next & our final morning we had crepes (one with egg, peppers & spinach and one with lemon curd & blueberries) and bacon! Everything is made from scratch and you can taste it! I would absolutely recommend choosing Waterfront Harbour B&B if you're heading to Cold Lake and I can't wait until we can visit again!…

This is the nicest B&B I have found to date. It’s in a beautiful waterfront location. It’s very nicely decorated and really clean. The breakfasts are all delicious and there’s a lovely variety. The hostess is friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds comfortable. Nothing to improve upon in my opinion.

Loved our stay so much we added an extra night! Isabel and Shannon are incredible hosts. Our room was spacious, decorated beautifully and had an incredible view of the lake. Breakfast was exquisite! We will be back!!

Amazing lakefront location close to the marina and best local restaurants. Responsive, knowledgeable hostess was patient and helpful in many ways as we tried to navigate the region for the first time. We stayed on the third floor which is a quirky but lovely attic suite with air conditioning and a view. They offered delicious scones as an afternoon snack, K-cup coffee round the clock and a very generous breakfast. It was not expensive in USD$.

My friends and I visited for the Air Show in Cold Lake. This was an AMAZING place to stay with cute beautiful rooms. We had the 3 bedroom beach top floor rooms and it was ONE of a kind. THE FOOD. Look at the photos. Fresh scones and charcuterie and gourmet fruits/breakfast. You feel like this is white glove service.

We were in Cold Lake for a wedding and we so glad to be staying at the Waterfront. Isabel is a wonderful hostess and the breakfasts served were awesome, really tasty and very filling. We were in the Garden Room and it was very spacious. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very cozy and quiet bed & breakfast on the waterfront. Extremely clean, and comfortable kitchen and living room that be used by guests, making longer stays more welcoming. Isabel is a fantastic cook, and can also pack breakfasts to go if leaving early. Our "home away from home" while in Cold Lake!
