Every time I come to the Ramada in Drayton Valley it’s like walking into my own home. The staff go out of their way to greet and welcome you. We stayed at the Ramada in Drayton Valley for our hockey tournament this year in January. We all had an excellent time! And the kids had an even better time. The staff was very accommodating to our requests to arrange a pizza party for the kids in their common space. The pool was great. And staff was very patient with the group of young boys. The rooms were clean and we had no issues at all. My daughter left her bathing suit bottoms accidentally, and the staff was kind enough to mail it out to us after we left the hotel. I would highly recommend!

The rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, pool was fantastic but the best part is the hot breakfast and the AMAZING staff. Patricia made our stay amazing and the other staff were so helpful it was the best experience. We had staff offering to set up high chairs for my little one and willing to clean our room later when my little didn’t sleep at night. They all truly made our stay easy and special.

I was there for my working trip , I do night works,for obvious reasons I have asked them to out me in a quieter room . I have no problem with anything else other than just 2 things !!!
1. Check out has to be before noon ?but for the night workers you better consider some extra hours to give them plenty of rest before checking out . Instead they ask me to leave by 12 and if I choose to stay a bit more they told me they will me charge about 60$ which is half day price at that day. ( no guest booking yet confirmed for that room) I told them I am a gold member which allows me to check out late they said they don't care as the place is busy they need to make it ready for another guest . I get that but what about the guest who works night and have requested to stay a bit longer !! Nope . So I won't consider this option again even if they have the waterpark!!!!.
2 . Breakfast wasn't enough for morning people also not a lot of options as they advertise! Staff is not knowledgeable at this station . Struggle to handle 5 guests at a time . They need some major improvement in this section!

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. Our check out time is 11:00am. We do honor a late checkout for 12:00pm for our Gold Members. I can assure you that the room you were in was booked for that evening and our housekeeping team does need enough time to go and ensure the room is clean and properly sanitized for the next guest. Our Breakfast area is staffed from 5am - 9am, We try to make the food as fresh & hot as possible and sometimes there is a little wait while the food is cooking as we have a large amount of guests going through the breakfast area all morning. The staff was always friendly and even though they were busy, they took the time to say hello or have a good day. I like the video games that were available for free just outside the pool. I liked that the hotel is off the highway and the road noise is very low.

Had a lovely two night stay, while visiting family in town. The location is fabulous. You can skirt around or through town quickly and conveniently. Their buffet breakfast, has hot food such as bacon, hashbrowns, real eggs with all the fixings. Their waffle maker has plain and flavored options. There are hard boiled eggs, cereals, tea, juice coffee and so much more. The hotel was really quiet, given the time of year. As for the staff, everyone was friendly, welcoming and kind. Out of all the hotels in town, To top it off, their pool is fair sized, with a whirlpool hot tub. It was hard to get out, but the hours for use are great. I'd happily come back here.

Our second time here. It's a very nice, clean, well-kept and and well run hotel. Absolutely not showing it's age. Our basic room was perfect for a couple. Comfortable king bed. The "included in the price breakfast" was well above the average. All the usual suspects, but! fresher and tastier than the others. Decent coffee too. The pool area was top notch, spotlessly clean and organized. The water .... coolish, but aren't they all. I'd say temperately manageable. Front desk: the epitome of politeness and efficiency. My only bugaboo, the pinball machine was AWOL. My wife and I have the time, consequently, we sometimes break up the Grande Prairie to Calgary, Cowboy Highway trip here. Drayton Valley is a nice and friendly town.

My husband and I stayed at the Ramada for our wedding night. It was nothing but amazing! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was so comfy. When we got in very late, the staff was so nice and accommodating, the room was decorated so nicely, rose petals everywhere, wine chilled, candles on. It just made the end of the night that much better!

We love the DV Ramada! The staff outstanding Edma, Patricia and Ryan ensure you feel at home the second you walk in the door. Breakfast is always delicious with great variety, and housekeeping is top notch. Our family always enjoys the pool/Hot tub and video games. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning time and time again!
