We had a.wonderful stay in our room. It was huge with a table and four chairs and fridge and microwave. It was clean the staff was friendly and helpful, our checkin was all ready when we arrived. The price was the best in High Level and I would highly recommend it.
The room was great, very clean. Lots of parking in and around Hotel. The staff are wonderful, very caring and the breakfast spread was very impressive and they fussed around you to make sure you were full and happy. I recommend this hotel, separate living area to bedroom. It has a stove fridge microwave.
We were on our way back from visiting friends in Yellowknife and accommodations were limited. We decided to book a suite at Executive House, not having stayed here before. Suite was large, clean, a/c worked as did fridge/freezer, TV, etc. Located off the highway, there was no traffic noise which was a bonus. Breakfast provided was good as was the suite rental price. We were quite surprised that we had not heard of this place in the past through word of mouth from friends who had stayed in High Level and were happy that we decided to spend the night at the Executive House Suites & Conference Centre.
We pass thru high level a few times each year, our usual hotel was fully booked so we tried the executive house because they had availability. We have never stayed here before. The hotel and rooms are very dated but the furnishings in the hallways and rooms are very well cared for and very very clean. We did notice at Check in that they have won many housekeeping awards. The hotel lobby and breakfast room are very tired and should be renovated. Breakfast was minimal and our regular hotel that we visit does a much better job however the price difference justifies that easily. A great place to stay when passing thru HL. We would stay again.
We stayed here on 2 separate nights on a trip to Yellowknife and back. This is a very comfortable hotel and facility and is high end considering where it is just south of the Arctic Circle in Northern Alberta. The room is well equipped for someone to live there with a complete kitchen. The beds is very comfortable. It is located just off the Main Street for shopping and several restaurants are a short walk. The pizza place across the main road is Matt's Pizza and their pizza was excellent for dinner. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a comfortable lounge on the main floor as well. We highly recommend this hotel.
