From the moment you are entering the hotel you are greeted by lovely front desk agents that are able to answer just about any question you can think of and it is super helpful when you are from out of town such as myself. The hotel had an amazing restaurant that ran to a decent hour and a bar for those who like to drink. On that note I will say the bartender and the servers/hostess in the dining area and bar are all phenomenal. Lastly I just want to say my room was spotless, and the housekeeping was very thorough, and making sure that my room was clean, comfortable, but also respecting my privacy on the days that I indicated privacy. They were more than happy to assist me at the front desk when I missed housekeeping one day durning my stay. Stayed here overnight in a 1 Queen room. Clean and comfortable hotel room, nicely kept property with very pleasant and attentive staff, and plenty of parking. I found their restaurant very convenient, as it was open until later in the evening (until 10 pm) and on a holiday. Nice menu, and the food came out tasty. The breakfast in the morning was a bit of a let down (we were unlucky that it was served cold), but it was still very convenient to have some options available early in the morning before heading out on the road again. The staff at the restaurant were excellent. All in all, a very good option in High Level.

This hotel is clean, the staff are nice, there is a decent walking trail nearby, and a nice little fire pit out front. The restaurant is quite good and has a better menu than most comparable establishments.

Hotel has all the necessary amenities. Food onsite is good. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Internet is fast and overall the rooms are good with comfortable beds and linens. I would definitely stay again.

This is the friendliest best western I have stayed in, recently I traveled through Texas and California and none matched the service I received at the High level location. They have an on-site restaurant which Servies amazing meals with great service. I was truly impressed.

Great place, with the pool and breakfast buffet re-opened. Only some minor things were ngatives. It was -40C for our stay - although the room and hotel were nice and warm, the garbage can outside the front entrance was full. The pool was fully operational and a great experience for the kids. The back emergency door at the back of the pool deck has a bad seal and was leaking cold air into the pool deck, so that section of the deck was a bit frosty. The breakfast buffet was great.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Water park was so relaxing. Rooms were very spacious. Breakfast is hit or miss. Great service at restaurant and bar. Staff did not recognize my reward status. I would stay here again.

This hotel is not only clean, modern, with lots of amenities (including fitness facility, swimming pool, free breakfast), but has a helpful and friendly staff. Moreover, it's dining room has the best food in town. While only open for supper, the quality of the food is outstanding.

I was working in the High Level area in late October and ended up staying here for 3 nights. Service in Lounge and front desk was excellent. The room was very good. Housekeeping was excellent. The highlight for me was the Restaurant/Lounge. The breakfast was continental and okay. BUT, the dinner was awesome. I tried 3 different dishes, stuffed chicken one night, a steak the next night and finally they actually had on special the last night I was there Walleye fish and chips. All were excellent and the service was great. I would recommend staying at this hotel and dining there to anyone. I would stay there again anytime. Thanks
