This old furnace did a great job in keeping the room warm although it is a little loud.

Both of us, when we opened the door, said "wow" at the same time. We were not expecting this. They must have renovated/redecorated because the pictures don't represent the room we got. There were new huge thick mattresses on the beds along with new bedding and matching curtains. A nice big flat screen tv as well with good internet available. There were still holdovers from an earlier era (lamps, microwave) but we were warm, comfortable and entertained during our one night, ski vacation.

This sweet little motel is just off from Hwy #6. The motel is quite retro looking from the outside but it is awesome on the inside. The suite that I was given was clean. Clean sheets, clean flooring, clean washroom. The fixtures for the sleeping area inside the suite were very nice. The suite itself was very nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again. The price is probably the best you can get. Inexpensive, affordable, and priced realistically. Other hotels in the area are priced out to lunch (IMHO). This sweet motel is very comfortable to stay in. Recommend to stay here.

I picked this place because it is old. We love old and retro things and the chance to stay in a classic motel was too much to pass up.

As advertised, the room was clean, comfortable, and priced cheaply. Give me those three things and I can be happy almost anywhere. It was almost disappointing that our room had had some renovations done such as new laminate flooring -- that took away from the old-timey atmosphere. At least the avocado-green bathroom fixtures were still there in all their 1970's glory, with the exception of a modern gleaming white toilet.

Word of advice -- don't book online. Call them instead. Friends of ours were staying here the same weekend as us and they got their room for a better rate than we did -- they even had a kitchenette whereas we didn't. Plus, their room hadn't had the updates so they got to bask in the true retro glory of this place.

I'd stay here again, for sure. It's not a romantic getaway, it's not modern, but it's decent accommodation when all you want is a comfortable bed in a clean room.

Really not sure where all these positive reviews came from. We just stopped over for the night and didn't expect much but this place is a DUMP. Everything was old and dilapidated . We thought the ceiling tiles were going to fall on our heads. The beds were lumpy and hard and creaky.

It was fairly clean and staff was friendly but we would not stay again. Would pay double to stay someplace decent even if it's just for a quick sleep.

Stayed here as part of a family trip to Waterton. Good location off of Main St. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and everything was in good working condition. Felt more like a little home away from home. Overall, very affordable and convenient, and this would be my first choice for a future stay in Pincher Creek.

This is an old motel located on the end side of the main street in Pincher Creek. We stayed in #23 with 2 double beds, good flat screen tv, fridge, coffee maker, BR with tub and hand held type shower, AC. Furniture/decor is old style but beds were comfortable and room very clean. New owners since April/14, friendly and courteous.
Cost was $79 in June and we would definitely stay here again. Picked this location as it is close to Waterton Lakes without the expense.

We knew we were staying in a kitch hotel but we had no idea how much we'd enjoy our stay. The managment was so very nice and the room was outdated to the point of adoreable but quite possibly the cleanest room we have ever stayed in and that includes major chains. Pincher Creek does not have much to offer but if you are passing through and need a place to stay overnight this is the best place for your buck. Excellent service and super clean.

The motel reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We had a choice of two rooms. Both were pretty basic – dark and very old fashioned and looked like they had been erected in a rush! Avocado bathroom suites took me back to the 70s but was it did have an excellent shower! Room doors were impossible to lock properly from the outside so we locked our belongings in the car! Bed was very clean and comfortable and the AC worked. The walls were exceptionally thin however and you could hear other guests very clearly! Cheap and cheerful and fine for one night.

Stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed the room. My wife and I had visited Waterton Lakes National Park before and found the motels and restaurants in Waterton much too expensive. As Pincher Creek is only 30 miles north of the Park we chose to stay and eat here. Glad we did. We have stayed in many parts of the world and the town of Waterton ( in the Park ) is way over priced. Pincher Creek is acceptable and we would stay here again and expect to in 2 years.

I just checked into Blue Mountian Motel and have found that none of the great reviews were wrong. The ouside is not awful but not great. Inside real nice clean rooms with very nice family running it. I would highly recommend it, especially with the reasonable price
