Great place to chill-out with Aussie mates. The cabin is very quaint, clean and have the basic amenities. Drywood Creek Hide-Away is only a 20 minutes drive to Waterton. The Cabin has a lot of warm character and breakfast is included. Dallas, the host is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

This Bed & Breakfast is very convenient because it's less than $100 a night and only 44 km away from Waterton. It probably takes 25 min to reach the park and you are in a very quiet location in a very small 'city' called Twin Butte.

Dallas was a very nice host and we got pancakes and sausages for breakfast. I was not expecting a breakfast at all so that was a pleasant surprise. Dallas also told us about good restaurants and places we might like such as Frank Slide. I will pay them a visit next time!

We stayed in the log cabin called Randy’s Roost. The cabin is small but functional with a microwave and a fridge. You can also prepare your own coffee and a Queen size bed is provided. The cabin is very clean.

I would probably suggest that the shower gets upgraded because it's very small and you can't move the shower head so water gets right in your face or on the floor if you are trying to first get hot water outside the shower. It's not convenient at all. So your only option is to get cold water for probably 15 sec first and then get hot water. I mean don't get me wrong it's fine but not very convenient especially when you don't want to wash your hair. (Water is literally in your face and there is nothing you can do to prevent it since the shower itself is REALLY small) If we could move the shower head that would be way better for instance.

Other than that, the TV is above the entry door so it's a bit weird. I mean you are not here to watch TV for sure but if you want to you need to lie down completely on your bed. Not sure they could put TV somewhere else anyway.

Not sure WIFI is provided. I tried to look for networks but didn't find any so you may need to ask Dallas. 3G is working fine though.

I believe Drywood Creek is definitely your best option if you want to be in a very quiet place with friendly people and not too far from Waterton! We really enjoyed our stay and you can ask Dallas anything! + there is an excellent Mexican restaurant 2 km away. Who knew?!
