Beds and air condition were good. The main issue was very little space around the beds and no coffee maker. Hard to handle food delivery with only a desk and one swivel chair that crowded space at end of bed. A small table + 2 chairs would be better. Pictures are deceiving. There was no grab bar in tub and bottom of tub was scraped and unappealing to get in. All footsteps above could be heard. Not the usual conveniences .

The cheaper rate from Expedia made this an exceptional value hotel for only $69/night! I got a room nice and close to the front doors. Nice King bed! Fridge worked for my needs, impressed by the freezer box inside. Lots of outlets to plug things in. Good SHAW TV service. Bathrooms were over the top, I didn't realize they were giving me a wheelchair accessible bathroom but it was super spacious! A handheld showerhead with adjustable height bar and extra shelving for clothes! It's too bad breakfast wasn't available considering our province is in Phase 2 of relaunch. Convenient location, close to many restaurants and gas stations.

My go to place when I'm fishing Rocky Mountain area great value clean everything works just an all-around great Hotel it doesn't have all the bells and whistles like some of the others but it gives you exactly what you need.. Only bummer is due to covid they no longer have the continental breakfast in the morning but it seems like even the big name hotels don't do it anymore quite frankly I think it's sad that these hotels are just using (covid and no longer a issue) as an excuse to not offer the service anymore and yet prices have not been dropped... anyway it's not a big deal like I said this hotel is an awesome deal for what you do get

Definitely a tired location, shows age. Floor soaked in our room from A/C unit until it just finally stopped working. Non smoking room stunk badly of smoke. My 7 year old was the first to notice as he asked who was smoking in our room as soon as we walked in. Really wouldn't stay here again. Although pricing competitive in the area I felt it high priced for what it was. Staff seemed friendly but honestly didn't see too many staff members the 2 days we stayed. No coffee pot in room and hit or miss if coffee downstairs is kept up with. One good thing is its in a good location with a lot of amenities in the parking lot and within walking distance.

I made an error on the reservation date of my initial pre-paid booking, which I found out when I tried to check in. The staff were very understanding and fortunately had a king room available. I paid full price again, knowing the error was my fault. Was very surprised when I got home from the trip and saw that they had refunded half the rate. Thank-you ! You don't see customer service like that anymore. Oh, the stay was great, too.

Third time staying at this nice place and always clean and quiet. Well enough off the highway that noise is minimal or non-existent. Very convenient to everything in town. The room is always clean and the water is hot. Very friendly atmosphere. Will certainly stay again when passing through.

Stayed at the Rocky Inn Express Aug 27 and I am glad this is the place I chose. The check-in staff were extremely pleasant and the Owner, Sam, introduced himself. The rooms are spacious, nothing fancy but exactly what I needed and expected. I would definitely stay here again.

Great, friendly and supportive service. Teamwork gets the job done. Fresh and clean. Quiet. Great food next door. Pet friendly and nice area for outside time and fresh air.
Motorcycle friendly with good security and comfort for 2 wheel travellers. Not immediate outside access from rooms. But not needed.

For the price, it was clean, dated, but clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't the greatest. Luckily, we never travel without our own. The bathroom was nothing fancy, but it was clean. Reasonable breakfast as well, toast, bagels, hot and cold cereal, tea and coffee. For $99.00 it is what i would expect.
