Booked this hotel for our entire ball team this past weekend and was absolutely disgusted by the smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke in the hallways. Its the first thing that hits you when you walk into the lobby and seeps into the rooms everytime you open the door. I'm not sure why it was so bad but I've never experienced anything like that before. Hot tub was drained, restaurant closed by 9pm on a Friday, espresso machine out of order...yes that's getting picky but the constant smell of smoke put us in a bad mood. Beds and pillows were wonderful however. We won't be booking here in the future.

Stayed here on a business trip and was totally disappointed in the condition of the room and the service at the front end. The bed frame was busted at all 4 posts, the tile on the shower ceiling was falling down, the large lounge chairs had busted legs, the tile around the jacuzzi tub was disgusting (not sure when it was last cleaned), the wall behind the jacuzzi had questionable marks on it. Only 1 coffee cup at the coffee station with no cream or sugar and no tea. 1 very small bar of soap. If you’re looking for a nice room on a business trip - DON’T stay here!

Have been a loyal customer for a very long time. This time will be the last time we ever stay there. The bed frame was broken, the chairs were broken and beat up, looked like someone spit root beer on the tub back splash, around the tub was disgusting. 1 coffee cup, 1 small bar of soap. We had to leave a day early and they charged $170 for the room still. This place has gone down hill hard. There are a lot nicer places to stay and a lot less then $170 dollars/night. Have Emailed the manager and got no response. They must be too busy, but didn't appear like it from lack of vehicles in the parking lot.

Amber was absolutely lovely upon check in . She was great at giving directions to a person room. She had a friendly and pleasant demeanor. Absolutely wonderful surprised at how great the room was. Very roomy and comfortable. Great night sleep . Quiet and convenient to park in front of your door. In the morning Christina was lovely breakfast attend in the restaurant. I did have two issues that I had problem with. The hallway smells very badly of cigarette smoke. Once in the room it was fine. And in the morning I asked politely for a phone charger to borrow. I ended up in a tight spot with my car in the shop and in a rental my charger was in my car. It was met with a inflated no. Christine tried to help with her suggestions. She said if only my boss was here she would have helped you. I suggest having some kind of strategy to help guest with their misfortune situations . If you can't be pleasant about it. Overall good .…

This is where you want to stay. Efficient, clean, quiet and professional. Front desk were shiny happy people and very proper. I'd stay here over any other hotel in stony or Spruce Grove. Sure there's fancier locals but no, this is where you want to go. During this year's social psychosis no restraunts service but I have eaten there in the past. Damn good food! Cheap worthy room, cheap high quality food. Ramada is the choice. I can't speak for other locations and cities but I can claim 109% about the ramada on Stony plain. Since 2012 this is my 64th stay. Well done Stony Plain. Well done Ramada!!

Extremely long check in, key cards would not work, room was very hot, hot tub has a weird color, extra fee if you leave dirty dishes in the kitchenette. Between the floors there is little sound barrier, I was woke up by a man vomiting in his room for hour during the night, dropping things and walking around all night. Get a top floor room or you may be up all night.

Even through the hotel is starting to date itself it is very clean and the staff is incredible. The restaurant has amazing food. Been eating there for 4 years every month and the food has been great every time. It is a quiet and peaceful hotel.

It was good. I stay here often. I find the price of the rooms to be fairly high for a frequent visitor. I will look for a cheaper hotel next time I’m in town but I would prefer to stay here if I had to choose. Economy isn’t that great so any savings is welcomed and that’s where I’d stay

Stayed here twice in August and September . Good location close to all amenities and not far off highway 16 . They gave us a free upgrade being a Diamond Member and we loved the room , clean , spacious , quiet and no smells . The restaurant on site is very good as well .

Best location for our family reunion. Hotel and Staff were amazing, Restaurant was great, rooms were excellent, Prices were reasonable. We could not have asked for more. I would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10 for me. Loved it.
