I reserved a room and when I realized I would not make it I called the hotel and no one answered after letting it ring over 15 times. I called again later and was told I could not cancel as I had passed the 24 hour deadline by 15 minutes. Any hotel that has a 24 deadline is not worth...

This hotel is okay. The rooms feel pretty clean but definitely dated. I feel it's a bit pricey for what it's worth. Pool looks nice. Ok breakfast. Nice staff. Overall I would stay again but definitely not the place to go for a romantic stay 😝

Good location with lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. Beds were okay, carpets are old and dirty. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was disappointing as items were missing, the egg dish was a microwave preformed item and the sausages as well. The was one banana on one day but none to be had after that. Good selection of bread...

Dear Lynda, Thank you for your feedback. I will look into the carpets in that particular room on the 3rd floor. We have been replacing carpets in each room over the last 2 years. The last room is 117 and it is being replaced this coming week. Regarding our breakfast, we unfortunately, do not have a commercial kitchen for preparation....

This place is fine, we've stayed here before, but it was full of hockey players so few rooms to choose from. The person next door set their alarm for 5:30 am but then didn't turn it off for 25 minutes, blaring music, so by then pretty much the whole floor was awake! Also a smoker in one of the rooms,...

We ran into a couple of problems on our first night, but they were quickly rectified by a move to another room. The rest of our stay was great. This is not a high end hotel, but a clean and comfortable options at a good price.

Fake plants EVERYWHERE! Decor was very tacky. It would be nice to see some real plants. No soap and no shower curtain in my room. I let the front desk know, and they fixed it. Friendly staff, but pricing is a little high... regardless of the swimming pool.

Dear Guest, I do apologize for any issues you encountered during your stay with us. We do have decorative flowers that are mainly in the lobby and pool area. Many of our windows either face north, south or east. We tried to have real plants in our lobby but due to lack of sunlight, they tend to wither and die....

Very good value for a one night stay with a pet. My only complaint would be the replenishing of the breakfast items. Staff should be checking the items like coffee and eggs and replenishing them as necessary. Staff member responsible was on her cell behind the front desk.
