If a 51 year old out of shape male like myself can do it most of you out there can do it too. It will change your life. The settings are just gorgeous. The staff is so professional and attentive that you'd give them 5 star any day. Please just go, trust the program and feel the positive energy. Oh...

I just got back from my third visit to Mountain Trek in 6 years. I have gone in December, May and September--all beautiful time to be in the Kootenays. Super convenient that you fly into Spokane and they pick you up. Mountain Trek for me is part of my mental health regime. Not only do they always shed some fat...

Wall after wall of excuses and profound physical exhaustion hit me on the trails. There were many times that I thought about escaping, taking the next flight out or spending the day in my room, reading a book. But I knew that I would discover what I was made of here and I didn’t want to give up. When you...

There were several reasons why I chose to vacation at Mountain Trek this summer including: my upcoming wedding, to speed up my metabolism, and to confidently rock a bikini this summer. After two weeks at Mountain Trek, I realized that while I had accomplished my initial goals, I left with so much more than I had anticipated. A former competitive...

Mountain Trek is a special place that fosters an environment that works for each guest. You wouldn’t think a week is long enough to build a community but it is. Everyone has their own story and you leave not only feeling great from the program but take with you inspiration from those you meet. The staff, can’t say enough as...

The gorgeous building over looking Kootenay Lake, skilled staff, healthy and delicious food, profound education, in and outdoor fitness training and exceptional spa services - that pretty much sums up my Mountain Trek experience. I would recommend Mountain Trek to anyone that wants to re-balance their life through a sound regime of healthy food and fitness. It was life changing....

Here is the thing you need to know about Mountain Trek: it works. If you do what they say, and it won’t be easy, you will lose weight/fat during your stay. More importantly you will learn a framework for how to lead a healthier and happier life. The program isn’t based on gimmicks. It is very structured and well thought...

I came to MountainTrek to make some changes in both my fitness and eating habits. It was a great place for that. Everything was very structured. Your one decision each day was whether to hit the hot tub before or after the sauna! Seriously it was hard work, but I got results and learned a lot while I was there....

I loved everything about my week at MountainTrek in Nelson, BC. The beautiful hikes, the delicious and healthy food, the warm, friendly and helpful staff, the very nice and comfortable accomodations with beautiful views, the information that I learned and the results that I achieved (fitness, weight loss, detox, reduced stress, improved sleep, etc). Highly recommend this trip.
