I had heard a lot about the program and had high expectations, but they were completely surpassed. Mountain Trek has a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing, based on solid research and years of honing the program to achieve the best results. I am amazed at the impact on my health in just one week. I feel younger, healthier, more energetic, and calmer. I learnt a huge amount about how to better manage my health. My fitness level took a big jump; I used to regularly run 5km, now I run 10km. The program provides a lot of support for different fitness levels and all ages, and for achieving different health/wellbeing goals. The team of fitness, nutrition and wellbeing experts are all outstanding; very well trained and approachable. The location is remote and takes a while

If you think this is an expensive program and you don't think you can afford it, think again; you can't afford NOT to do it. You will receive so much more for your money than you can imagine. I was shocked at the quality of this program, and its affects not only on my body, but on all aspects of my being. I can't believe how much change can happen over the course of one week, and I feel ready to return home and start again. The staff is truly amazing and they really attend to your every need. It is a challenging program for sure, at least for middle aged, fatigued individuals. But they provide so much help and support that you can't help but be transformed. Please do this.

Rejuvenating experience coming to Mountain Trek! The healthy meals, the beautiful treks, restorative yoga, informative lectures and the supportive staff created an entree into beginning a new chapter in my life toward long term health and vitality. I recently returned from my second visit to Mountain Trek, and once again I left feeling renewed, re-booted, detoxified and inspired. This visit was in mid-summer, as opposed to my previous autumn visit. I found the hikes to be more difficult in the heat, but the views and the gorgeous alpine flower fields were more than worth the effort. The location is stunning, the accommodations are simple and beautiful, and the food is delicious and all organic. Despite the 1200 calories per day (for women), I was never hungry. The Mountain Trek program incorporates, successfully, so many elements of fitness, nutrition, overall wellness, and education, and everyone on the staff is knowledgable, encouraging and supportive, including the chefs. The guides are brilliant, warm, and inspiring.

I came to this place having reached a point where I had to do something to improve my health and vitality. At this stage it has transformed my view of myself and how I both want and need to lead my life. It's wonderful if you are a trekking aficionado and while that's not why I came , if you just want to do that it's location affords you the most beautiful scenery in the Northern hemisphere ; it's very special. However it offers so much more in terms of health, wellness and vitality and the information and guidance necessary to improve all of those in my life. If you want a diet and to drop a size that you'll put back on in a week maybe this place isn't right for you but if you want to change - then this is the place to do that. A word about the people, I have never ever

A unique experience in an incredible setting. I went to MT with a group of friends and we had a wonderful retreat. It was a great way to "restart" some healthy habits and get a lot of exercise. We had a great time getting massages and enjoying the pools, sauna and steam rooms in the evenings if we weren't sitting around the bon fire. The lectures were very thought provoking and inspired me to make many changes in my life and to realize the importance of vitality. The acommodations are simple and homey. The food is good and there is plenty of it.

This was not a vacation for me. I had hit bottom, was out of shape, had poor eating habits and knew I needed inspiration and encouragement to change. I love the outdoors and have hiked for most of my life, so found this to be the perfect fit for me, in the perfect environment. The staff is knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle change. I found the week to be a refreshing challenge, with others who were there for the same reason, improved fitness.

It is no wonder this location wins awards every year. It is beautiful and the program works! Passionate, gracious, knowledgeable staff, superb food, hikes that make your heart pound for their beauty and a wake up yoga class to stretch it all out. It is a program, and you are on a schedule, its structured, but worth every minute. No time to read your book, but you won't care. The time in the hot tub, sauna and massages will end the day with you ready to go out with the light.

Mountain Trek gave me the tools and the inspiration to look at my lifestyle with fresh eyes and make changes to improve my overall health and happiness. British Columbia and the lodge are stunningly beautiful, being in nature every day was incredibly refreshing. I came to Mountain Trek with a singular goal, focusing on my nutrition but left with a more holistic look at my health in general - focusing more on my sleep and being more mindful of how attached I am to technology after work became personal initiatives when I got home. The hikes are difficult, but rewarding. The program schedule is intense and bootcamp-esque, although the staff is incredibly supportive. There are three massages every week and facials available but this is not a traditional spa and visitors should

June 13, 2017 I lost more than10 lbs and 7 inches of girth with Mountain Trek! But, more important than what I lost is what I gained! Mountain Trek catapulted me from the rut I was in and landed me firmly far down the path to wellness and healthy living for the long term with specific, actionable strategies and tips guiding me away from the unhealthy habits I had developed over time, and helping me to establish new ones that already have changed the quality of my life for the better. The program is thoroughly researched and comprehensive. The staff embodies what they teach, which they accomplish with enthusiasm, certainty, professionalism, and a sense of fun. All the staff–those dealing directly with clients, those working behind the scene, and those brought in for extra
