The room was very cleaning, the services were good. Nice experience of hot spring, I suggest you bring your water bottle with you when you go to the hot spring. And, if it is a sunny day, don't forget your sun glasses. We got Easter treat from the hotel, thank you 😊

My friends and I go for a monthly treat to soak in the hot springs and then have lunch at the hotel. The food at the hotel is great. The menu is varied and has some great items like Bison burgers and Bannock Tacos. The hot springs are fabulous too!

Springs were nice to visit. We drove by on our trip through BC mountains, came across the springs and decided to stay a night. Nothing much to do for kids, but other than that was good. Worth the stop in when your passing by. The restaurant at the springs is a bit on the pricy side.

The Hotel charges an additional $10 PER CHILD. Even if there are only 3 of us in a double Queen room... there was also no kids breakfast menu (there was for dinner though). No lifeguard at the pool either. Otherwise our stay was good. Loved the caves and walking around the property. Renovations look great, especially in the lounge and...

We stayed for 1 night. My 4 year old son loved the water and the cave, especially the cold dunk. The food was good in the restaurant. The server was professional and really knew how to impress. All of the staff were friendly. We will go back again.

What a unique place! The cave is worth the visit just to see and experience the hot water coming out of the water fall in the back of it!! The water is a different colour due to plenty of minerals. The pool could use some updates but overall it was enjoyable. Change rooms were decently clean. Enjoyed our floats!! Thank...

My husband and I were gifted with 3 nights at Ainsworth Hot Springs Resort on our retirement. By day we explored the Nelson area (great scenery, food, entertainment and art), skied (downhill and cross-country), and soaked in the popular hot spring pool and cave every morning and night (bonus: guests have exclusive use of the pool for a couple hours...

I just had a wonderful stay at this resort. I stayed for two wonderful days, enjoying the marvelous hot springs, the awesome food in the restaurant, and the newly renovated room. We ended up getting snowed in because of avalanches closing the highway in both directions and they complimented us the room for that night. Everyone from the resort was...

I had planned to still be there soaking my cares away but because of a string of issues or just plain bad circumstances we came home. We arrived and there were two bus loads of school children in the pools. The kids were normal happy and full of life but many of them were also screaming and creating a general...

We visited this resort for two nights recently. We traveled with another couple for a few days of outdoor fun plus some soaking time. The check-in went well, once the clerk knew we traveled together, she put us in adjoining rooms. The first night was horrible as construction was taking place at 11:30 pm just above our friends room. They...
