We made the decision to stop at Ainsworth Hot Springs to rest and relax on our way back to Ontario. It was the perfect choice! The Resort was welcoming with a very nice room and thr Springs are small but intimare. In addition the first and last hour is reserved for guests of the Resort only. We were there for...

We came here to decompress and do nothing, and it's exactly the right place. Soaking in hot spring water and snoozing afterwards, and then soaking again... what doctor recommended. The place is clean and friendly, and definitely healthy. We'll be back.

While we went away for a date weekend we were somewhat disappointment in the amenities Ainsworth had to offer. The soaking pools were fine even though we thought that there may be more space then we had. One thing we would recommend is limiting the number of outside people that they allow in as the pools on Saturday became very...

I'm sorry to hear you encountered some issues during your stay. You must have been here on the Remembrance day long weekend when the pools were very busy. We most definitely have limits to the number of people allowed in the pools but on every long weekend it is going to feel crowded. If you're looking for a quieter time...

Our third visit to Ainsworth Hot Springs and it is one of our favourite spots in the Kootenanys. The healing Hot Springs and especially the cave is very therapeutic for sore, achy joints. Went with our kids and grandson, who also love the hot springs. Very popular site, with efficient friendly staff. Clean locker rooms with good showers. Can't wait...

I was very happy with the springs themselves but the overall stay in the resort was upsetting. First my reservations were messed up and I was told I needed to down grade or possibly stay somewhere else, I was not offered a discount or even an apology. The staff did however manage to sort things out and get me another...

We had a lovely room. No need to pay extra to overlook the lake as there r no belcony on your room. The service was great both for the hotel and restaurant. The hot springs were awesome and I loved the cave springs. The supper and breakfast were both great.

Ainsworth hot springs is a great place for adults. Not so great for smaller children as there is no swimming. The caves are great. The restaurant was very good. The room was very nice and just around the corner from the pool

Hi and we're glad you enjoyed your stay. Lots of people (adults and children) swim in the main pool which is fine. We just ask that people refrain from jumping off the pool deck or splashing other guests. We even allow flotation devices for little kids to help families enjoy their time in the pools. Thanks and we hope you...

Long and twisty-turvey road. Very friendly Natasha at the front desk. OK rooms but no soundproofing. The food in the restaurant on the fourth floor was excellent. Everything was hot and delicious. Reservations for dinner a must and ask for window seating to view either the lake or the pool and hot tub. Caves were crowded so a but claustrophobic....

Thanks for your visit and review and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. We are definitely working on some of the things you mentioned. We'll be replacing carpet underlay in the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms which will help with soundproofing. We will also be renovating the restaurant and some of the outside decor over the winter. The caves can...

We booked the least expensive room (no view) and it was excellent; clean and comfortable. The hot spring is part of the hotel. Excellent meal in restaurant at a reasonable price. However, just getting there is a long drive on twisty and slow highways. If you have a sports car the drive through to Vernon would be a pile of...

Thanks for your visit and review! We are a bit out of the way but once guests arrive and relax in the springs you can literally see their cares fade away. We have some exciting improvements planned for this winter, including some great new Aboriginal menu items, so we hope you visit us again.

We recently celebrated our 10 anniversary here. The staff in the dining room, Cam, Floyd, and Janet, made sure our champagne was chilled to perfection. We had the best table in the house overlooking lake and hot springs. They even provided engraved champagne flutes and comped dessert. Many thanks!
