The booking & check in was seamless and pleasant. Young lady at the desk was friendly & professional. We got our room and it was ok. It was comfortable enough and had good amenities ( only one coffee each sadly) fridge microwave, hair dryer etc. The room was not overly clean however which is a huge concern at this COVID time. There were gross stains on the carpet and dirty hand prints on the wall in the toilet/shower room as well as the toilet paper dispenser was unclean. I had stayed there in the past and hence was extremely disappointed! We felt it was rather a dive now, won’t be there again sadl.y.

This is quite a new and well maintained hotel. Rooms are large, well lit and offer lots of outlets to charge your electronic devices. Bed was comfy, bathroom was quite roomy. Room has a fridge, no microwave. Breakfast was fine with ample opening hours, since it’s self serve continental.

Wonderful staff and owner. Very accommodating and tries to meet your every need. Upgraded us as to a adjoining room so our grandson:s stay would be more enjoyable - no extra charge. Great coffee at breakfast - small but adequate choice. Moderate price motel. Clean and comfortable and sound proof.

Just a simple story of being stuck in a snow storm and having to find a place to stay. Everything was good. Check in was smooth. Rooms were very clean. Bed comfy and the wifi was good. Have to go back and see what Burns Lake looks like in the summer.

We (4) of us stayed here while travelling through on our way to Prince Rupert. We booked two rooms well in advance and were glad we did as there wasn't any space left when we arrived. Rooms are small but very clean. Bathroom is tiny and you have to come out to change your mind. But it was clean with great water pressure. Front end service was very friendly and helpful. They have a small continental breakfast with a few items. Cereal, toast , muffins and a bit of fruit which works. Place is reasonably priced. I would stay here again.
