It's very shabby and poorly kept. Very strong odor of freshener. The walls are marked up,stains on the ceiling. Lampshades ripped. Towels are dingy. The TV didn't work properly. I stayed at Super8 in 100 mile for the same price and I gave them an excellent review.

Stayed 2 nights so got the full experience... I will not come back here for sure. Lets' start with the positive: I was placed in a ground floor room in which the door jamb and door were askew and lots of air could get in but asked to be placed in an upstairs room as I'm a light sleeper. I believe there was no one on either side so it was quiet and the road noise isn't an issue as rooms are set back. The other positive is that the fridge in my room (224) was very quiet. There's a sign at the front saying "renovated" but certainly not my room and the outside of the building is not even to code: no gutters and illegal stairs and no secondary inside lock in the rooms. The faucet of the shower was broken so half the water doesn't make it to the shower head. Now for the bed... All I can say is springs, spring, springs. Hard and old. Swimming pol is empty.

We arrived late into Cache Creek with no reservations for a room. Almost all of the hotels were full so we stayed here. Pros; Quiet Free breakfast at Subway Friendly manager Cons: Very dirty. We didn't want to put our luggage on any surface Bed sheets were clean but the bed was very hard Run down and in disrepair. Filthy light switches and door didn't close securely. The room was worth less than $80 and we paid over $160. Next time we will make reservations somewhere else or we will keep driving.

This is not a place I would recommend staying. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We were in a room beside Subway, so it had a faint order of the restaurant. The furniture is old, mismatched and looks like it was bought at a garage sale. I wouldn’t even sit on the couch it was so bad. The bathroom sink was the kitchen sink in the “kitchenette”. It was noisy, unkempt and was definitely not worth the price. Stay away.

Run!!! Room 129 had old food stains on headboard, and over a year of dirt buildup behind night table. The entrance door had a bedroom style worn loose door knob and the chain held on by tiny curtain screws meant you were unprotected. The only opening sliding window at the back of building was at head height and had no functioning lock so I had to jam a coat hanger across it. I couldn't bring myself to undress and slept fully clothed on top of the beadspread. The A/C unit lay on the dirty floor unplugged. The once white bathroom towels had a yellow hue to them and did not look sanitized. Worst experience in year's.

After a long day of driving, my wife and just wanted to find a clean and quiet room in this small town. I should have left when I entered the office that was totally lacking any COVID protocols. Nothing, absolutely nothing except a sign that said too pick up phone and dial 0 for manager. I didn’t even want to touch the phone it was so old and dirty. Manager appeared and said they had a room with two queens .. I was tired mentally - should have asked to see it but didn’t . Got to room had trouble opening door as handle was in bad condition .. but that didn’t compare to the condition of the room. The smell of stale cigarette smoke was over whelming. There were portions of the wall that had the gyprock patched but not repainted. It was old, musty, beds were in bad condition. Then the bathroom ... ceiling in shower looked like it was about to fall with major water damage. Sink had been chipped and touched up with what looked like off Colin paint. Taps were in need of replacement. Window had no screen on it thus no security. I was not impressed, my wife and I went for a short walk - maybe 10 minutes. We both agreed we did not feel safe in this room. I went to discuss matter with manager - she said she wouldn’t give us our money back because according to her we were in it for an hour. Not true. I mentioned I was sensitive to cigarette smoke to which she said the room was a non smoking room. I disagreed with her and asked her to come and smell it. She still disagreed but we noticed a dirty ashtray on the outside window sill which she quickly moved. She then said we could have another room .... we looked at it but just couldnt stay in this dirty motel. We found a clean room at a hotel down the road. I went back and told her we were leaving and gave her the key back. When I asked about some form of refund she refused. She tried to tell us that no one else had complained to which I laughed and said check tripadvisor revues. Not sure how this place can even operate.. yes it was that bad.

The floors were sticky and the room smelled. I discovered a DQ chicken pack in a drawer. Spiders and bugs seemed to have taken up residence there. I attempted to inform somebody at the front desk, but nobody was available.

The sign outside advertised a senior's rate but none was given to us. We were told if we booked online it was already discounted. No coffee maker in room, we were given tickets for subway but only entitled to a muffin and coffee. I'm lactose intolerant and staff couldn't say what was in the muffin so i went without. A little run down but i felt it was clean and safe.

I did a reservation through hotels.com with breakfast for all, I am traveling with my 4 kids and in-laws and reservation says breakfast for all but when I got there they told me breakfast is only for adults, and that kids only get a cookie, which is not breakfast. I consider this false advertisement. Pool had no water but rooms were ok
