We arrived very late in the evening...close to midnight. We had no idea how small the town was. Most towns have a main strip with a gas station at least. Not here. Also it's in a NO SERVICE area, so be prepared with the address before-hand because there's no way to look it up or call if you're lost. We...

This is an older facility in a more remote area with few amenities. You need to be prepared to cook at least some of your meals. While there are not kitchens in all the units there is a common what was called in the old days a summer kitchen available for all residents to use. The units are very clean...

From Vancouver to Gold Bridge to explore the exquisite scenery that is British Columbia with its lush forests, pristine lakes and beautiful creeks, we booked a double room at the Gold Dust Motel whilst the rest of the family (with kids) camped near-by. It wasn't the fancy that attracted but rather the homely simplicity of this motel whilst everything was...

We stayed overnight in room #5 which Darlene had recommended when I called in my reservation. She held our room for us on the honour system & even turned on the outside light incase we arrived in the evening. We pulled up & spotted a white board with a personalized message welcoming us! Our room was super clean & well...

Rooms were surprisingly clean for an older place. Keep in mind this is gold bridge so you are not going to find the hyatt or the marriott. But it has a totally unique feel, and it is the kind of place where you will hear a story and create a story. And the best vhs library I've seen in years......

My hubby and I have been to Gold Bridge several times, so we have had opportunity to stay at both, the Motel and the Hotel. My parents always told me "if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all", so, having nothing at all to say about the hotel, I'm going to tell you about...

It was beginning of October 2012 when we decided on the spur of the moment to drive up to Bralorne via the Hurley River Road on Sunday of the Thanksgiving weekend. Staying for one night on a long weekend we were concerned whether we would get a room. After 3 calls we got Darlene from the Gold Dust Motel. Already...

Spent 2 nights here a few days ago. When we arrived in Gold Bridge I was a little worried as there wasn't much there but we pulled up at The Gold Dust Motel and were greeted by a smiling Darlene! There was a note on the memo board with instructions for us but she was there at the same time...
