Forgotten Hill sits on a very private and gated, 148-acre Estate, overlooking the vineyards of the Naramata Bench in British Columbia, Canada. We offer large, luxurious rooms with amazing views overlooking Okanagan Lake & the Ponderosa Pine covered surrounding hills. We designed Forgotten Hill to be like a small, very select and private hotel. Each room has its own deck, king size bed, HD TV, fridge and AC. Gourmet breakfasts are served every morning. Prices start at $229 per night. We're right on the KVR (Kettle Valley Railway), a world renowned hiking & cycling trail & we have over 25 wineries to visit within 5-10 minutes. Nature, quiet, wine tasting, swimming, hiking cycling, relaxing, golfing, para-sailing, kayaking - there's a lot to do & see. We even have charging stations for ELECTRIC vehicles, including a Tesla charger. Lastly, come try the wines of the highest elevation winery in the South Okanagan - the Forgotten Hill Wine Co - only steps away, right on the same site.

We enjoyed 2 nights at this wonderful perch on the hill, overlooking the bench and Lake Okanagan. Considering the concerning state of the wildfires, the Covid 19 recovery and the lake of staff in the tourism industry, this was such a nice break. Simply amazing breakfasts were offered every morning at 9am. They got us through the day, despite the lack of restaurant options in the area. Clean, well appointed with a friendly proprietor. We will be ack

My husband and I recently spent 5 glorious nights at Forgotten Hill B&B. We stayed in the Elephant room which was very spacious with great views. It was so great to have a King bed that was so very comfy, room was very well appointed and very clean. Cherry is a fabulous proprietor and a great chef. Breakfast was amazing and sitting outside up on a hilltop with a panoramic view was incredible. Thank You so much Cherry for such great hospitality, it was a pleasure to spend time with you at your oasis high up on the hill. Fran & Derek

After years of staying at a now-closed in Osoyoos, we have been looking for a new place for our anniversary getaway. Cherry is a wonderful host, thinking of every detail and outfitting the rooms with quality linens, an informative binder of how everything works, and some beverages (coffee, tea, water, juice). The breakfasts are delicious, featuring locally-sourced items whenever possible. The croissant from a nearby baker are fabulous, the fresh juices tasty and not overly sweet, and the breakfast area is beautiful. Sadly we were smoked in but I I look forward to taking in the view on a future visit!

Cherry is the consummate host, and was attentive to our needs. The bed was very comfortable, and the room well appointed with a fantastic view and lots of fresh air. The location is remote, very quiet and a beautiful natural setting. We really enjoyed our visits at the garden lookout point with Cherry, after she served us her amazing gourmet breakfasts. We could have spent all day chatting with Cherry, but we did thoroughly enjoy our bike ride on the KVR, that passes right in front of Forgotten Hill. Looking forward to our next visit!

We recently stayed here for 3 days. It was quiet, peaceful and the views were spectacular. Our hostess Cherry clearly enjoys her job and we appreciated the friendliness and her attention to detail. We stayed in the Garden Room and it was just right for us. Many details were well thought out and breakfast was delicious.

We stayed here for 4 nights in the Island room, which was spacious with a fantastic view of the lake. Cherry, our host was warm and welcoming. She cooks the best breakfast! It’s quite an experience to sit in a well maintained garden full of blooms overlooking the lake while enjoying a delicious breakfast. Location was convenient however you will need a car or a bike to get around (to restaurants etc). Highly recommend this place if you are looking for something luxurious and quiet. We will be back again next year.

You really lucked out with the glorious display of lavender. The best ever, I think. And the weather was pretty darned good, too. I look forward to more chats in the garden... And thanks for visiting us.

From the moment we arrived at the gated entry to this delightfully secluded property, we knew that Forgotten Hill was going to be special. Everything about our three night stay, Aug. 11-13, 2019, was absolutely perfect! Cherry, our fantastic host at the B & B and also for our private, on-site wine tasting, was warm and welcoming and prepared the most delicious breakfasts for us! We were very pleased with The Elephant Room which was well appointed and offered a spectacular panoramic view from the private patio – especially enjoyable with a delicious glass of F|H 2015 Pinot Gris in hand!

Thanks, Denise. Nothing like having visitors enjoy our place as much as we do. That 2015 FH PG is rather good, isn't it?

We’ve been blessed to travel all over this great country we call Canada, and to stay in some beautiful places. Forgotten Hills B&B is right at the top of the list. This trip, the B&B was our last stop before we headed home. We wanted to two days doing a whole lot of nothing. Having stayed here before, we packed in charcuterie choices, of course lots of Naramata bench cheeses, parked the truck and just chilled out. Cherry hosted a forgotten Hills winetasting around the property so we didn’t have to go anywhere. Needless to say there is a case of their wonderful wines coming home with us. We stayed again in the garden room, which remains absolutely perfect in every way. Nice little touches including a picnic set, was perfect for our stay-in plans. We chose the 2016 Rose to accompany our meal on night one. Breakfast here is always a gourmet treat too! Another perfect stay in paradise. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us Cherry!

My partner and I booked out the place with a few friends for a weekend, and had a wonderful time. The view is unbeatable and a lovely backdrop for a relaxing breakfast each morning. Cherry went above and beyond in accommodating my vegan diet. I wasn't expecting much, but she made sure that I had just as many delicious options as everyone else, including delicious, flakey croissants that I'm still thinking about. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing. I fell asleep so easily each night, and really want to know what mattresses are in those rooms as we're in the market for a new bed! The winery is also excellent, and we are looking forward to opening a bottle on a special occasion. We will definitely try to come back in a year or two.

Awww! Thanks, Krystyna. I'm very happy to have said 'yes' to your request after saying 'no' to many because you and your friends made it a super experience. I love it when guests are so very helpful! The mattresses are Sealy Posturepedics (firm) by the way. If you want more detail, please email me. Thanks, again for your kind words. Till next time,
