Recently completed my 3rd trip with Trailhead and already signed up for a 4th. The fishing is killer, the captains work their tails off and Peter & Connie treat you like family. It's an excellent opportunity to get away from it all, enjoy the well kept cabins in the woods and bring home some delicious wild caught fish! Make sure...

Some may feel that if you spend time in Vancouver or Victoria you have experienced the West Coast of Canada. To some degree this is true, However if you really want to immerse yourself in an experience that conveys the true beauty and hospitably of this spectacularly unique corner of the world I would recommend taking the 2 hour dive...

I was a part of a party that rented out 3 boats for a 3 night, 2 day excursion. It was a great time, all boats either limited or came very close both days for halibut & salmon. It was cleat that the boat captains knew what they were doing and consistently put us in the fish. The hospitality and...

I haven't missed a fishing trip w Peter and Connie for the last 13 years; and I don't intend to miss one in the future. There are two constants that keep me coming back each year: First, at other fishing venues , the fishing varies greatly from year to year. At Trailhead we consistently limit out in salmon and halibut....

We have been visiting the trailhead resort for many years as you can't beat the fishing experience accommodations and service. The prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and the fishing staff know your stuff.

Connie and Peter are very gracious hosts and the staff are all very helpful. The cabins are cozy and clean and the beds are very comfortable after a day of fishing. The captains always work very hard to try and get the catch...

Best overall value for great salmon and halibut fishing, which is why we keep coming back... more than 10 years now. Friendly knowledgeable guides committed to ensuring we take fish home, flash-freezing and vacuum-packing on site for months of tasty meals, and an easily accessible location with quality lodging and welcoming accommodating staff!

Just fished at Trailhead and had a great time. The staff, meals and accommodations were great but most of all the fishing was awesome! I've been waiting to get back out there and just booked my trip again for 2017.

Very good experience. Clean and spacious cabins Full kitchen with lots of utensils. Staff very helpful. Restaurant near by was good service great. Would recommend this place. Bring your own food along if you want to cook as the local grocery store is expensive and not a lot to choose from. No cell service at times but they have Wifi....

We stayed in a hikers cabin at the trailhead resort. There is not a lot at port Renfrew, but the sunsets are lovely and we had a nice meal at the pub, breakfast at Tonis was very basic. The cabin was sweet, but with no amenities. There was a double bed with a twin suspended above. An overhead light and...
