You should be able to expect something better from a KOA. Tent sites were well shaded but all located in the dirt. When it rained it was a big mess. Too many bright lights at night made it seem like day. Washroom facilities were clean and the lounge area nice to escape the rain. Breakfast was especially convenient for the...

Met friends of ours here for one week of camping. We initially were in the more heavily treed area but weather was raining so we ended up moving to the grassy area which we found worked best for us. I was hesitant about using this campground but it was great, we had a ton of fun, the restrooms were spotless...

We stayed here for one night on one of the pull thru sites (#37) with our truckcamper. These sites are okay but they have no shade (it was a hot day in August) and they are close together (instead of the rest of the sites which offer some privacy because of the trees). The washrooms were very good and clean...

This was a one night stop while making a loop trip from Winthrop, Washington to Kimberley B.C. The campground is very wooded but our site had minimal privacy. It was on the pricey side. Also, there is minimal buffer zone between the campground and a primary highway and since we were in a tent camper we heard the noise. It...

We've stayed at a few KOAs in the US and have come to expect a high standard at a reasonable price. From reservation, to check-in and pancake breakfast, the staff and service quality at this Canadian cousin is excellent - welcoming, very friendly and helpful. Laverne, the breakfast lady, was especially attentive. The wonderfully clean washrooms, free showers and pool...

We stayed 2 nights (August 2016) in a full hook-up pull thru site with our 25' travel trailer. It had rained all day so the site was quite soggy when we arrived to set up, but the next day was dried out. Grass sites were neat, but close together and our site had no shade. If this is important to...

We were traveling through BC and needed a stopover and stayed here. it is a nice and surprisingly quiet location. The center pull through spots do not have any shade (they told us that when we made the reservation) but the rest of the campground is quite natural with decent privacy. It reminded me of some of the national forest...

We wanted to make up our trip as we went along and decided to stay in the Sicamous area as our base camp. We were at the Cedars campsite down the road and had to leave as there were no spots left. The KOA fond us a spot and let us check in early as we were forced out at...

I was a little apprehensive about staying here, due to the fact that the campground is so close to the Hwy 1. However, the campsites are further back from the road and we didn't have any problem with noise at night. This is a well-treed campground, but as at most RV campgrounds, you still don't have a lot of privacy...

Well wooded campground. We stayed one night in a pull thru that fit our 31' Class A and towed vehicle just fine. It was difficult getting out of our campsite to leave the campground. The trees need to be trimmed back more for larger RVs. Very quiet campground. Just heard a little road traffic.Nice staff at the office.
