We were put in a king room with pull out bed. They weren't able to correct this to 2 queens.
The pull out bed was un sleep able. There was 2 thick bars that hurt my back. I don't recommend using it.
Bathroom had someone's hair in it.
The room darkening curtains were pretty pointless, as they were short and all the light came through the bottom.
The mini fridge worked good
Free and easy to access parking

The front desk staff were awesome and very helpful, the housekeeping person was very nice. The room was clean, tidy, with a gorgeous view.
The A/C was noisy when it comes on intermittently but I slept through it.
I will stay here again on my next visit.
Staff was very nice, but nothing makes up for bedbugs.
It does have smoking rooms, and even the nonsmoking rooms the towels and sheets have faint cigarette smell, which is to be expected if one remembers back in the day when all hotels had some smoking rooms. The halls smelled like tobacco and pot.
However, from 2 am to 4:30 am other patrons returning from the bar turned the hotel into an episode of "Animal House" screaming, laughing, carrying on in the halls. Doors slamming.
Obviously the night manager didn't care to stop the obnoxious behaviour. Calls to front desk were not answered. I did not want to confront noisy drunks.
Horrible experience .
