This place is so magical and incredible. Highly recommend! The drive to Tlel is so beautiful, along the coast side and the greenest of lush forests on the other side. The property is amazing and the tents are so dreamy. Such a tranquil place to relax and recoup/ enjoy the surrounding area of Haida Gwaii. The beds are so comfy and the whole vibe of the tents are stunning. Great energy in this place. The hosts are very welcoming and give great info about the whole site and enmities. Great breakfast provided as well!!

Let me begin by stating that I have been in the remote lodge bizz for 2 decades and Haida Gwaii Glamping is where I will return over and over again to chill after my busy season. The landscape in a word is angelic. The team is beyond accommodating and very pleasurable to chat with and if you run into Nicole and Alana that just completes the already perfect trip. The cooking facilities are Phenom !! anything you bring to throw on a grill is a good idea. The property has literally everything you need to cook. The beds are warm and comfy (I slept 11 hours a night !!). The breakfast set up while the sun creeps over the forest encased sand will fuel you up for the adventure that awaits each day on the special spot of Haida Gwaii......Side note September is a primo time to stick a Coho on fly in the Tlell River. Head to Tlell River Fly & Tackle across the street from HGG for the low down and the goods to get it done!!

Once-in-a-lifetime holiday. We were on luxury cruise of 9 people led by Captain Randy and his crew of 4 people, including an expert chef who turned out magnificent meals in a kitchen 1/8th size of normal kitchen. We also had a naturalist who was enthusiastic and expert in spotting animals : orca and humpback whales, black bears, deer as well as loads of bald eagles. Liron helped me to start my own e-bird list. The captain and crew were caring and supported several passengers who had problems with the grade. We learned about old growth forest and the problems of clear cutting. We also were introduced to Haida Gwaii culture, the meaning of animals in beautiful totem poles and canoes. We got to kayak and I got to steer the boat all with great support throughout trip. I cannot recommend this trip and this company high enough.

We loved our stay at this unique and fabulous place! Everything about it was great - from the comfy beds to the great kitchen amenities to the perfect location. Added bonuses were the helpful staff and delicious fish available for sale (and bbq!). Highly recommend! We'll definitely be back.

So much to do and see. We should have booked more than one night. The staff are excellent. We were able to purchase frozen sausages to grill on the bbq. What a treat to have a fire on the beach. The accommodation was superb! Having the Dyson ac/heater made the room very comfortable. The cooking facilities made things easy, and the ensuite with shower made this a top level glamping experience.

Our family had the most magical experience at Haida Gwaii Glamping! You can tell there is so much thought out into all the details and we loved every bit of it. The hospitality is amazing, the tents are so comfortable, the cooking dome is perfect and we loved all the kid toys and extra bits that felt like home. This is a one of a kind experience!

What an amazing experience! This was our first trip to Haida Gwaii and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. This place was the perfect blend of nature and luxury. The location was excellent, the amenities were perfect and the service was exceptional. Not only do you stay in a luxurious tent, but you are a few steps from a beach where we sat by a fire, watched the sunset or went for a walk. There is a social dome where we had an excellent continental breakfast every morning and could prep our meals. Also, there is a covered bbq pit that we used to cook our fresh seafood. Lastly, the owners and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. They took care of all our needs and made our stay a great experience. We will definitely be back! Haawa

Had the most amazing family vacation at Haida Gwaii Glamping Co! The location and landscaping make this place a hidden oasis. Every aspect of the accommodations were next level. Every thing you could need was provided and thought of. We traveled with a 10 month old and a younger dog. All the workers were so kind and made us feel like family. The only suggestion is a larger bathrobe for men. We had a hilarious experiance when my husband wore it to the cedar hot tub. He looked like a giant wearing a little boys robe. We will definitely be staying here again and comparing all future vacations to this location. Thank you ladies for an amazing time!

My husband and I stayed here for several days at the end of July 2023 and we highly recommend it. The glamping "tents" are extremely comfortable. We had a view of the beach and it was lovely to sit out on our deck and enjoy coffee or breakfast, watching nature. The common area Dome is well-stocked with everything you would ever need to make food, and breakfast was amazing each morning. I really do want the recipe for every single one of those delicious muffins! We were also allowed to put our own food into the common fridge, as long as our food was well-labelled. The other guests were congenial and we enjoyed seeing each other throughout our stay. Our bed was comfortable and we had way more room in our glamping tent than in just about any standard hotel room. I do wish there had been a couple of luggage racks to put our suitcases onto, but everything else was impeccable. We would love to come back over and over and over again!

There are not enough "stars" to give to Haida Gwaii Glamping Co. I discovered this company on Instagram last summer. I fell in love with their site immediately based on their Insta posts. I had no idea just how amazing this stay would be. Every detail, every consideration, has been thought of and implemented for your stay. You literally just need to bring yourself, some clothes, and an eagerness to explore the area (and perhaps a few groceries for dinner/lunch). They provide: shampoo, luxurious beds, a tent space filled with comfort and luxury, towels for both the shower and the beach are available (so are life jackets), kayaks & paddle boards, games, reading books, many spaces to relax, and common areas for you to enjoy. Breakfast consisted of the most amazing home made muffins, cereals, toast, and even smoothies. Not what you want to eat for brekkie? No problem, there is a stove for you to whip up your own morning speciality. The dome also has a fridge, a dishwasher, dishes for you to create your own culinary masterpieces. Some people did just that while we were there! There's a cedar hot tub that we enjoyed, especially after running the half marathon. A swing that we climbed into, a gorgeous beach set up, and hammocks throughout the property. I'm not going to lie when I say that this is our first Glamping experience and this company has ruined it for us! Their creative designs and thoughtful touches meant that we just had to show up and enjoy ourselves. We left to stay at a cabin in Massett and my husband just looked at me and said, "this isn't the Glamping Co and I don't want to stay here." I couldn't have agreed more. I honestly don't think we'll find another Glamping company that will compare, on this level. We have planned to return as there's so much to see and do to embrace the Haida culture while on the Island. And, when we do return, we are going to stay at the Haida Gwaii Glamping company for the entirety of the trip. It's located in Tlell and it's not that far of a drive to either Skidegate, Daajing Giids, or Massett (especially for those of us who have to commute more than 30 minutes for work each day). We stayed in several places while on the Island, and this was our favourite. We had a lot of rain while we were on the Island, and it did not dampen our spirits while we were Glamping because there are so many things to do in the dome, and your tent is well equipped to handle any kind of weather. But, you're in one of the most amazing places in Canada so be sure to bring some rain gear. Exploring the forests & ocean can't be beat, regardless of the weather. There's an adorable gift shop where we picked up the most amazing maple balsamic vinegar and paired it with a butter oil. It was so delicious; just need bread for dipping and a glass of wine (or Scotch). When you arrive, there's a sign that says, "honk 3x and someone will come to assist you." This is the only thing that I can think of that is needed, an airhorn so that you can use it while in the hot tub so that someone can come and fill up your beverage, lol kidding aside, the point is that I cannot think of anything else that we required or needed because Alana & Nicole have thought of everything. I didn't want to leave! Their staff are amazing & embraced us; we sort of felt like we were at home away from home. Thank you Linda, Amy, Alana and others. I rely on other reviews to assist with my own bookings. I have NEVER left one with so many paragraphs or with a request for more stars. I truly don't think you'll be disappointed. I also don't always trust when a company has so many amazing reviews, especially on sites like Amazon (we know those companies often provide gift cards for positive ratings). This company has so many amazing reviews because they truly have thought of everything to make your stay as beautiful, exciting, fun, and as adventurous as possible! They put their heart & soul into this business and it shows!
