Enjoy a restful night's sleep on our voluptuous hi-loft pillow top mattress and wake up to a breakfast of your choice on our deck or in the privacy of your own room weather depending.
I arrived approximately 4:00 PM and was greeted by the host, he was very friendly. He asked what I wanted for breakfast. Lovely room, well appointed with a soft bed and some feather pillows. There is a small refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom is nice with good water pressure. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, a small quiche and roasted herb potatoes. They even managed to scrounge up some decaf coffee for me. It's very quiet there and a short walk leads to a trail and the beach. There are so many birds there it is amazing. I took a sound recording video of them all. Highly recommend this BnB!

Wonderful place in Comox. Steps away from lovely beach for walking and swimming. Fantastic breakfast, very comfortable bed in Starfish room - top class hosts in spectacular garden environment. Will definitely return.

The breakfasts were out of this world. They tried to cater to your allergies or food preferences. Mena and Ken were such wonderful hosts you felt like you were staying with good friends. The rooms were gorgeous. Will only stay at Kye Bay B&B when i need to go to Comox or Courtnay. Once breakfast was done we weren't hungry again until dinner. I would rate this B&B 10 out of 10 or even 12 out of 10. Thank you Mena for the most fabulous experience. You are out of this world and so is your bed and breakfast.

Located just across the beach in Kye Bay in Comox, B.C this is wonderful B&B to use as a base for your adventures in the Comox area. We stayed here while skiing at Mountain Washington. I even went for a swim in the ocean this morning!! Clean and spacious room, king size bed, soft comfortable quality linens, nice ensuite and a lovely breakfast. The hosts are friendly and extremely accommodating. We will be back!!

We so enjoyed our time at Kye Bay!!!! The food is INCREDIBLE and the rooms very comfortable and tastefully set up. Mena and Ken are exceptional, warm and friendly hosts who gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. So much to do in the area!!! Our 8 year old declared she wanted to stay another week!!! We cannot wait to come and visit again. Thank you Mena and Ken!! 🥰

Wonderful accommodation, great beds, home is beautifully done. Breakfasts were delicious and gluten, dairy free at our request. Mena and Ken are lovely hosts who made us feel welcome while giving us privacy.

Lovely place to stay. A very short walk to a beautiful beach. A highlight of our trip was watching the sun set over the bay and marvelling at the bald eagles perched on the rocks doing the same. Mena and Ken are exceptional hosts and the breakfasts which were different each day were delicious. Comox is a delightful place with a number of nice places to eat including an excellent Italian.

We had a fantastic trip to Kye Bay in Comox. Mena and Ken made us feel very welcomed. It is a warm friendly place where the gourmet breakfasts cannot be beat. Our room had a separate entrance from the outside and was very clean and nicely appointed. The house is across the street from the beautiful seashore of Kye Bay. The B&B is very private with trees flanking the large property. We enjoyed the company of our hosts and our long walks along the beach. If you wanting a perfect get-away where you will be pampered then this is the place to go.

If you don’t like pillowy soft mattresses, scrumptious homemade, gourmet breakfast’s, gracious and personable host’s in a serene peaceful setting surrounded by eagles, herons, seals etc., then this is not the place for you, which would be great because then there’d be more availability, for us 😁
Truth be told, this was probably one of the nicest bnb experiences we’ve ever had, on many levels. The purpose of our visit was to meet biological family, whom I never knew existed previously, one of which was a very significant member, whose health is deteriorating so it merited a timely trip. You can imagine how emotional and critical this was, and Mena & Ken were so compassionate and loving about it, which helped significantly. Thank you so much, Mena & Ken! You went above and beyond, and clearly helped make this visit a truly memorable one. Can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful visit to Kye Bay B&B! We stayed in Comox as a jumping off point for whale watching in Campbell River. The B&B has lovely grounds and the friendliest hosts! Breakfast was delicious, starting off with a fresh blueberry and yogurt parfait, followed by a scrumptious fried egg and polenta dish. Mena and Ken are really great hosts. They know a lot about the area and can help point you in the right direction. Our room was comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed.

Not sure why TA sent this message to me as I'm not the owner,only a guest. I did notice that there are two listed under Kye Bay and we did speak to them before art and had no problem with contact. My reply from England may be too late for you now. Sorry I couldn't help more.
