This B&B is a sweet little inn across from the water and I was charmed by it from the moment I walked in. The place is very homely and decorated nicely, the kitchen has a full stock of breakfast foods and all day coffee. The rooms were very clean and so comfortable. I slept the best in this place than any of the others on my trip through the maritimes. The owner, Terri, is fantastic and incredibly accommodating. I definitely recommend it!
This restaurant has been around for several years and is very popular. Dress can go either way, casual or dressy. Thursday night is Prime Rib night, a large buffet that includes dessert. Otherwise mostly seafood with a few chicken and pasta dinners as well. The owner is there often making sure things are going smoothly and customers are happy.
My family recently had to deal with an unexpected death and were summoned to Alma. Graham and Terri graciously opened up the welcome wagon and more or less gave my family the run of the Inn. The hospitality provided was one of the best experiences that I have ever been fortunate enough to receive. The Inn was clean and inviting. The rooms and facility were very clean and welcoming. They have a T.V. Room off of the front desk area with very comfy chairs and large flatscreen for downtime to relax. But most of all the hospitality was second to none. Graham and Terri could not do enough for us and it was very much appreciated. Unfortunatly we were not there for a tourist experience, However if we were the location is perfect. Walking distance to all restaurants and pubs. Only…
Friendly service, nice clean accommodations and a great location. Rooms are a little small but you have full use of the entire Inn so it wasn't a problem at all. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Exactly the type of place I wanted to stay during our visit.
