We stayed at the St. Martins Country Inn on Oct 18 and found it excellent in every respect, with a warm welcome, a clean, bright, spacious room nicely furnished with everything one needs including bath robes, and a fabulous breakfast. I highly recommend it, and hope to stay there again. On a scale of 0 to 5, I give it 5+.

Spectacular location in an historic home filled with beautiful antiques. We were there for one night and stayed for three. Lynette and her staff were wonderful, fun and very comfortable to be around. The house is huge and the grounds expansive and you are welcome to wander and relax in different rooms and areas in this 1800's mansion on the hill. And I don't believe you could find better meals in the area. In short over an almost 3 week trip to New Brunswick our stay at the old Vaughn mansion was a wonderful highlight.

We stayed 4 nights at St. Martins Country Inn and were welcomed by Lynette, the owner. We had a comfortable stay and occupied rooms 11 & 12. The rooms were spacious, very clean with all required amenities. The breakfast was freshly made to order within the 3 choices offered and was sufficient. Maggie the server always had a bright smile and provided excellent service. We had dinner 1 night at the restaurant. The food prepared by Lynette, who works very hard was great and the service from Maggie made it a wonderful evening. Laundry service is available for a fee which is very convenient. Wi-fi connection was spotty in room 12 The Inn is located within walking distance to the village, sea caves and nearby restaurants. The grounds are well maintained and there are plenty of spaces to relax. A great place to stay when visiting New Brunswick.

Our visit to St. Martin’s Country Inn was fantastic. The charm of this place cannot be stated in words or shown in photos. You need to arrive and feel it. It was like getting a warm hug at the end of a long day. The owner was away, however her more than capable right hand man was there within minutes of our call. We were treated to tour of the inn and given the necessary info to enjoy our stay. We are a family of four so we booked the double room and you our delight it came with a stunning view off the balcony. You could sit and enjoy the sites of the Bay of Fundy as well listen to it’s calming waves in the evening. The bathroom was well stocked with all you needed and the thoughtful extras in the room such as glassware, wineglasses and a corkscrew were much appreciated as well. The continental breakfast the next morning was fresh, inviting and delicious. We were sorry the owner/chef were not there for the full breakfast experience but this was a delight just the same. We will definitely return and recommend to anyone going that way!

Room Tip: St. Martin’s is an adorable small down in the shores of the Boy of Fundy, get there early as most...

My family and I stayed here for one night in August 2023. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and, from a deck leading from our room, we had a great view of Fundy Bay. The managers (likely owners) were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was great except, those who got the eggs benedict were disappointed that the eggs were overcooked, but that didn't stop us from being very happy with the breakfast experience. We will definitely stay here again if we vacation in the area.

We consider ourselves very fortunate. We were supposed to stay in Moncton, but that changed last minute and we ended up in St Martin’s. This was one of the best things that happened on our trip. We never would have known about this inn. We stayed in room 11, which is very large and has a shared deck with room 12. The property is lovely, the Inn is very charming. Lynnette, the owner works very hard, as does Maggie the server. Breakfast and dinner selections ( they don’t always offer dinner) are limited but prepared fresh, simple and with full taste. The dinner desserts are well worth the calories! The town is small and the Inn is centrally located. It’s a short walk to the wharf and covered bridges

Should I write a good review and have no availability the next time I go??? Of course I will. This place was amazing. We stayed in the separate building on the second floor that had a balcony facing the water. Even though we did not have an air conditioned room, the breeze was enough to keep us cool in the July heat. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was made to order from a predefined menu and was delicious. No matter what else you asked for the people running the Inn were very accommodating. The restaurant was not open for dinner the night we were there so I can't comment on the dinner menu. We were directed to a restaurant in walking distance. The food there was good but it took 2 1/2 hours because of staff shortages. So, we didn't get to see the caves or walk the beach. Plan to do this next time. I highly recommend this inn!!!

came to stay for two nights as a family of four at The Counrty Inn. Quaint rooms, very comfortable beds, yummy breakfast and very friendly staff in this charming village. We were not disappointed in our stay at all and would return.

We made reservations in advance. (I have an email from months ago with a confirmation number for our dates.) When I tried to contact to confirm our reservations, before our trip, I got no response. I tried emailing and calling and leaving multiple messages. No one responded at all. After driving 8 hours we arrived to find a note on the door that said Closed. We called both phone numbers on the door and left messages that we were here to check in. After no response, after 2 hours, we scrambled to find other accommodations. This was one week ago, during first week in June, still no response. We met another couple that were also there to check in and felt bad for them too. This is a poor way to conduct business. :-(

Dishonest/we called 1 month ahead to cancel our stay/owner said not a problem/instructed us to call BOOKING to cancel to be reimbursed.Owner not responding to Booking to confirm. Called location 3x/ owner said she’ll check her email(…) not a problem). I called 1 month before our stay to make sure they can rent it to someone else. Response was ´Enough people wanting to stay ». We work hard for our money and this is dishonest in my book.
