Lynn and George were the consummate hostess and host; incredibly gracious, kindhearted and attentive. We felt instantly at-home in the beautiful Rothesay House Heritage Inn B & B and marveled at its many treasures; everything from antique dishes to magnificent artwork to the sweetest dog you’ve ever seen! Each room in the house was beautifully furnished and decorated and the... More

This was the B&B where we chose to celebrate our 40th. Wonderful Victorian Home. Our room was large and very well appointed. Great lounge area to enjoy a glass of wine or on the front porch overlooking the bay. We made reservations to have dinner there which turned out to be a good move as we didn't find any high... More

A warm welcome greeted us (as usual). My goodness it was like coming home again! Lynn and George remain the gracious, warm, caring and professional hosts they have always been. When we visit Harbour Grace no visit would be complete without spending at least one night at their B & B, although I recommend a longer stay to take advantage... More

Our room, the Rose of Torrage, was beautifully presented and overlooked Conception Bay. The food was terrific and provided a perfect start and finish to our busy days exploring the area. George, a historian, gave a fascinating insight into... More

My wife and I stayed with George and Lynn several days in June 2015. They provide excellent accommodations, food and lively conversation in an historic home across the street from the harbor. Lynn's breakfasts were great each morning. Consider booking at least one dinner at Rothesay House. Dinner was great and the conversation interesting and enjoyable. Also, there are very... More

We stayed for 2 nights with George and Lynn. They were the perfect hosts! Lynn's cooking is fantastic, the best meals we had on the whole trip! So much attention to detail, with homemade honeys and jams for breakfast and the best sticky toffee pudding I've ever tasted for dessert in the evening :) George is a fantastic story teller... More
