Comfort, peacefulness, great service, excellent cuisine, Fisher’s Loft has it all! The scenery is breathtaking. Their garden supplies all the fresh veggies. The staff is delightful, conscientious, hard working. Altogether a place in paradise to return to!

Was out here working on a tv project and a colleague/friend of mine was staying here. Insisted I come along and i am sooo glad i did. Ended up booking another night over the weekend, just to soak it all in. Incredible property, the VIEWS!!! My cabin was so quiet and stocked with everything one would need. They even equipped it with a set of binoculars, which i promptly brought with me to a hike on the nearby skerwink trail. After a morning hike and afternoon hike, we returned to the most delicious dinner, served by the most attentive staff at their onsite restaurant! Is definitely on one of my top 10 places I have ever been in the world. So lucky to have experienced this. Thank you for everything and hope to come out there again soon.

Room was very comfortable with a huge bathroom and the hotel had a nice lounge area. The views from the room were to die for which is more than be said for the disappointing pretentious dining. Only choice of two dishes fish or pork, the starter was a rather miserable bit of wilted greenery with bit of veg and the main was small. However the pork was well cooked. The dessert was a chocolate mousse but with a sprinkling of rock salt crystals, ugh!

My second stay here. Lovely setting and good rooms - we were in the conference centre. I like the dinner regime - two sittings, all have same food (2 choices for main course). Biggest assets were the staff. Friendly but professional. Very accomodating. Special thanks to the Ukrainian lady who served us - so sorry to have forgotten your name. You were charming and a great pleasure to meet. Did my 'Reunion' cocktail make it to the menu?!

From the lovely view of the water when first arriving to our encounters with staff throughout our stay, Fishers' Loft provided a wonderful experience. We couldn't have been more comfortable! We splurged on dinner one night, and discovered it was not a splurge. Each bite of each course was exceptionally good.

This place is amazing. I have stayed here multiple times. Simple, beautiful and tranquil. Food in the restaurant is always fantastic, service is wonderful, hikes nearby are breathtaking. I will keep going back. Bonus to have a neat brewery in walking distance too!

Great little place. Excellent all the way around. Great views from our room. Beautiful scenery. Wish we could have stayed longer. Be sure to dine at their restaurant as well. Great food and service. The dinner was a little on the expensive side but excellent as well. Worth it!

It is impossible to describe the calm and serenity of this lovely hotel. The views are incredible, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the bedrooms are beyond divine. Dinner was quite expensive, so I'm afraid we opted out, but breakfast was delicious.

This is an outstanding place to stay that ticks absolutely all of the boxes, from location (scenic, proximity to trails and local sites, brewery close by, etc), visual appeal (small houses spread out over the property, wonderfully restored and updated, views galore), staff (incredibly welcoming and eager to assist you in every way) to food (great breakfasts and dinners, happy hour). We had the top floor room in the dining building and it was spacious, quiet and very comfortable from the bed to the climate control. Everyone involved in the Inn takes great pride in the establishment and it shows.

The Inn has many fine touches - binoculars in your room, umbrellas. We stayed both in the Mansard house ( wifi not as good here ) and the larger building on the hill. I like that you could buy all the art in the room and halls ( featuring NFLD artists ). Both rooms spacious, beds really comfortable and classy. We felt spoiled ! Staff very friendly and helpful and dinner/breakfast were great - food very tasty, well prepared and featuring local dishes. A must stop if you are in NFld and out in Trinity. Finest inn on the island so far. Nice walking paths around the property
