We stayed 2nights and could have stayed forever. The Inn is beautifully renovated and decor is lovely. Our room was very comfortable - great shower - and with that knock out view of the Bay that you also get from the lounge/breakfast room and dining room. We enjoyed excellent dinners at the Inn ,and good coffee in the morning. But the real highlight of our visit was the inn keeper Darlene and her sweet dog Bergie. Darlene was so welcoming and made us feel totally at home. Her suggestions and information to help us plan our days were bang on. Would definitely stay here any chance i get !

We had a wonderful stay at Bonne Bay Inn. Darlene is a great host and gave us many tips on making the most of our stay near Gros Morne Park. Our room was bright and afforded us a view over the water. Make a reservation to eat in the dining room - the food was delicious.

Beautiful views overlooking the bay at Woody Point. Rooms have been recently updated and are very clean, comfortable and efficient. Darlene was very welcoming and helpful. She recognized we were tired from a long drive and soon had us relaxed and fed. Very helpful advise. The restaurant was great. You can walk to the Gros Morne Discovery Centre from there, and Table Lands are a short drive.

Darlene and Staff are amazing. The hotel room was clean and lovely. Their dining room and lounge is the best in Woody Point. We can't say enough about our time there. It is a very beautiful spot very close to everything we wanted to do in the area! Thank you Darlene for a memorable time.

What a nice surprise! Located above the road at the entrance to Woody Point every room at the Inn has a beautiful view. The Inn is new and modern on the inside and they seem to have anticipated all any traveler would need. The restaurant in the Inn is wonderful, so I’d make sure to eat there for at least one of your nights.

Very helpful and friendly owner operator, Darlene, was a pleasure to be with. And her little dog, Bergy, is the cutest receptionist any place can have! The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower are a good size and the amenities were above average. The best feature of the hotel is the absolutely stunning view of the water. The entire hotel, rooms and dining rooms, have wall to wall windows overlooking the bay. We had supper in the dining room and were served by polite, friendly and caring people who actually enjoy their jobs! Btw, the meals were really good too! The next morning Darlene put out a spread for “continental” breakfast that would rival anyone’s “full” breakfast, including fresh scrambled eggs and muffins along with the other standard fare.

I stayed for 3 nights in July to take in some hikes and kayaking. Darlene, Bergie and the staff were absolutely amazing. The room was clean and cozy and the atmosphere of the inn was very welcoming. The views were breath taking and the food was superb. Would definitely recommend and I'll be back again next year!

The details in the design of the inn reveal the loving attention the innkeeper gives to the comfort of her guests: bed lamps with dimmer switches on either side of the bed so that one can read without disturbing the other, hooks right where they are needed, rooms located and furnishings positioned to give guests great views of Bonne Bay, spacious shower with separate thermostat in bathroom, opaque glass on door between bath and bedroom, ... And I could go on, and I have only mentioned attributes of the guest rooms. . The inn is situated high above the water's edge, giving an expansive view of Bonne Bay and beyond to Gros Morne. It is an easy walk to the shoreline and the village of Woody Point. The kitchen puts out great meals for those who reserve tables for their evening meal. Both the dining room and the large lobby have comfortable seating with magnificent views of the water. . I should also mention the generous hospitality of Darlene. We had planned to make a quiet exit at dawn our last day. Darlene, ever attentive to her guests, came to help us as we left for our return home.
