Spent three nights here on our month long tour of NS and PEI. Su' and John are beautiful people with lovely accommodation. Everything was so clean and comfortable and we only wish we could have stayed longer. Can't believe the amount of driftwood on the shore - awesome. Some folks lit fires in the evening but we were too pooped...

I encourage everyone to stay at this lovely retreat for at least three nights! It is a beautiful spot in Nova Scotia with so many things to do within a 50km drive. The hosts, Su' and John are so kind and helpful. Be sure to book a kayaking tour, dinner at the Lighthouse & Wild Caraway, drive to Joggins Cliff...

Beautiful surrounding in a slightly remote location! We arrived late in the evening, but just in time to catch the gorgeous sunset over the water. The kitchen was well equipped and a big plus for our family with kids age 8 and 9. We did not get a chance to shop for grocery, so we ended up having salad and...

We've been to Nova Scotia twice before 2002 and 2006, so this year has been a long time coming for us. Each time, we've been to Driftwood Park Retreat and always a very positive experience. A great place to relax to enjoy the pleasures of the area and solitude. As we approached the area, our anticipation increased as we drove...

Breathtaking and worth the drive! This part of the province offers the best views in the world. This park allows you to walk a stunning beach, be soothed by the ocean waves and enjoy the stark, white driftwood that amazingly covers the beach.

We just got home from another amazing vacation at Driftwood Park Retreat - our fifth year going there! It has become a trip that we look forward to very much. The cottages themselves are clean, cozy and are equipped with anything you might need. John and Su' (our hosts) are so warm and welcoming that it feels like coming home....

To begin, the hosts are amazing. Very friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. If you can't find something you need, just ask. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place very clean. The views are phenomenal. Bonfires on the beach and sunsets from your balcony with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. Great...

We stayed at the Driftwood Park Retreat for the first few days of our trip to Nova Scotia, our hosts, Su, (no typo), & John were Great. Although we didn't stay in one of their cottages, but, in the the studio next to the office, it was perfect for our needs. It was less than a 30 second walk over...

The Driftwood has been our vacation destination for several years now, and will continue to be for many years to come. It is the perfect place to get away from the everyday noise and chaos, and just relax listening to the waves and various birds. Su' and John have a hidden gem out in their own little corner of Advocate...
