Friendly and easy check in and out. Cute and clean room with a fridge, coffee maker and smart tv. Rooms could use an updating but was clean and cozy. Is within walking distance to everything in town. Lots of parking.
The room was perfectly clean, great location - right in the middle of town, food available across the street. The morning of check out there was a blizzard in Baddeck so bad that we didn't know if we would leave. Staff gave us lots of time to decide. Very accommodating.
Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, used it as a base to stay for Cape Berton Highlands tour for fall colors. Hotel/Motel is historic, it is the 5th family generation that is s taking care of it. Old victorian style. The best thing about this hotel which I liked most is its very helpful, very polite staff at the front-desk. Caitlin and Adam both were very pleasant, went out of the way to help. It was a pleasant stay because of courtesy of hotel staff. The owner of the hotel also went out of the way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Location is ideal too, all good restaurants and water front are at short walking distance. Even visitors information center is also just across the street. Highly recommend this hotel.
Stayed here in fall. Rooms were clean, modern amenities, had parking and were great. The price, compared to others in the area were at a good rate and in a great location, near resturants. The staff were friendly and really helpful. We ate in the restaurant, staff were great! And so was the food!!! Only one thing I would like to see is a breakfast option.
We spent three nights at Telegraph Hill Hotel. I would describe it as post-Victorian and it is furnished appropriately. We stayed in one of the cabins and it was very quiet and we were able to park right next to it. The wi-fi was great, as was the shower. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We found the location to be incredibly convenient, within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the water. And the restaurant is wonderful. If we ever return to Baddeck we will definitely stay here.
