We stayed there 2 nights with a Caravan tour. It's in a beautiful setting in the heart of the small tourist town of Baddeck. Very friendly staff and the owner greets you on the bus. The rooms are nice and clean and well appointed but I think all the rooms are a mauve pink decor. It went out of style...

We truly enjoyed our stay at Gisele's, We can't say anything but good things about the Inn. Baddeck is a wonderful place to visit and Gisele's made our visit that much better. Do not miss the restaurant, and enjoy the seafood. The grey sole is possibly the best I've ever had. And thanks to the wonderful folks in Canada and...

Gorgeous location near the Bras d'Or lakes. Room was very comfortable, with lovely décor and even a love seat. Good lighting for reading. Fabulous restaurant with the best breakfasts we had on an 8-day trip. I didn't want to leave!

As soon as you turn into the drive way looking toward the Hotel, you just know that its going to be Great. The exterior property is landscaped and manicured beautifully. We were in this hotel with a Caravan tour group. The hotel is located a little out of the city center but is in walking distance. The facility consist of...

Lovely rooms and a lovely view. Simmons Beauty Rest mattresses and wonderful pillows. A favorite touch of mine was the night light in the bathroom. The staff was always available and they have a wonderful restaurant with an outdoor patio surrounded by gardens and a fountain. There is also a little nook between the hotel and the restaurant that has...

The young man on the front desk was super... friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and excellent. Only one small complaint. The bed was too hard. Would be nice if they put a topper on it to make it a bit softer. Would definitely stay here if in the area again

We stayed at this inn for 2 night's while visiting Cape Breton Island. Close to town with entry to Cape Breton Island ideal. Stayed on the 1st floor in a Hilltop room which smelled "old", musty, and very outdated. They have large dining rooms that caters to the bus tours and large groups. The second night we were there, loud...

We were in Baddeck at about 4 PM and did not have any reservations so we contacted Auberge Gisele's Country Inn. They had a vacancy and the hotel is in a great location so we decided to stay. It is only blocks from the main part of town and close to the Alexander Graham Bell Museum. It is located directly...

I am a bit confused about the term "Auberge"; it really relates to an intimate property rather than a 78 room hotel, but there you are; it is hardly a B & B either! The hotel is very pleasant; it has a fabulous location, and the old building does retain a certain charm. It is, however, devoid of public space;...

We stayed here in June with a tour group and were very pleased with the hotel. The room was large with king sized beds and upscale lines. the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was large with shower. There is a restaurant on site, within walking distance to town/shops. The grounds are lovely. It is a very pretty setting for the...
