And that's a good cozy. It was drizzly and grey during our stay and cabin was easily kept warm. Electric fireplace added a nice warm glow and no mess. We stayed in a two bedroom cabin. Clean, bathroom immaculate and very nice. Comfortable beds and linens. Would have preferred queen beds over doubles. Kitchen nothing fancy but had the basics....

They do themselves a bit of a disservice in describing their rooms as "motel suites". These rooms are appreciably nicer than the word "motel" usually suggests. Very high ceilings, all-wood interior finishes. No A/C (but it's usually quite cool at night anyway). No kitchen, but has a coffeemaker, utensils and dishes--and a gas barbecue. Free wifi works well. Small playground...

We stayed one evening while traveling through on the Cabot Trail and we were impressed - there were four adults and one infant, and they placed a crib into the room for us for our little guy which unfortunately was a real struggle to put together. Everything else about the place was impressive. Well-appointed kitchen with all of the amenities...

Wonderful spot. We occupied 3 chalets and all were well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful. Close to the great Bean Barn Cafe and gorgeous beaches. Great wifi connection. Some of us stayed in the hotel type rooms as well and no complaints there either. Great decks for sipping wine and relaxing.

Stayed 3 nights in 3 bedroom Chalet with 6 adults and a 2 year old. Comfortable, homey, not extravagant, but reasonably priced. Used the well appointed kitchen a lot. Staff was very friendly and attentive and kept us well supplied and offered to make up the cabin each day. Helpful advice for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. (unfortunately no laundry service....

The service was great, very informative attendant! The room was OK - there were quite a number of bugs, but I don't think that could be avoided considering the Cape Breton Highlands but there were lots of things in the room! Microwave, toaster, fridge, sofa-bed, there was even a gas BBQ on the veranda if you wanted to BBQ dinner...

We stayed at Ingonish Chalets recently and loved it. Perfect location. Close to Meat Cove(a highly recommended day trip) and also within the Highlands Park. Cottage was clean and had everything you need. a very large deck. 2 playgrounds for kids. Free and fast WIFI(not often the case at most cottage rentals), and a great shower. The private beach is...

Spent a night in one of the cabins during 3 days of touring the Cabot Trail. The property is very conveniently located for visiting Ingonish Beach. The cabin was basic and rustic in a it's time for a refresh kind of way. The cabin had everything needed for the short stay. Unfortunately, the mattress on the single bed was past...

The check in was efficient and the attendant provided information that we requested regarding the community and its services. She was friendly and very helpful. The chalets a connected in a long building with individual entrances. Not wheelchair accessible. There were also several large individual chalets that would probably be for families. It was clean and comfortable. There is a...

When we were deciding where to stay while in Ingonish we just decided to search for lodging. This place looked appealing and cute. So we booked. We were not disappointed! We only booked in the motel part, room 6, but were in love from the first moment we walked in. The place was clean, although we did not use it...
