We stayed her just for one night in September 2011 while doing to Cabot Trail and it was great. The cottage was called "Beachcomber" and it was a 2 bedroom cottage. It was clean, modern, with towels, linen etc. I would imagine this place would be fully booked out during the summer period and would be hard to get a...

We stayed here for three nights and didn't want to leave. Everything about this place is amazing. The cottages are beautiful, the beach is incredible and Sharon, the owner, is helpful but not intrusive. We loved this place and are looking forward to another visit. Just wish it was not so far from home.

Lovely room inside the inn. Does the location justify the price? The rhetorical question posed in the previous review--in my opinion, unequicocally yes. We went over to the Keltic Lodge and were so glad we had not chosen to stay there. Lantern Hollow much more private, gorgeous setting. Sharon is unobtrusive, seems to be helpful when guests need her. Room...

We spent 1 night here, staying in a "suite" in the main building in what is a lovely location. Our room was spacious, had an ocean view and had two comfortable chairs - this does not make it a suite, though (Collins Dictionary definition - " a set of connected rooms..."). The bathroom was small, though adequate. There was a...

It is Ingonish so expect raw beatuy at your door step, a 1 minute stroll to the beach in front of your cottage. A must stay if you are in need...

We stayed two nights five days ago in the king suit on main floor of lodge. Room was well decorated, and very quiet. Onwer Sharon knowledgeable and offered excellent dining, and hiking advice. She put a coffee pot in our room to make one cup of coffee each. Only wish would have been for better weather...her location and beach are...

We stayed in Ingonish the first week of August, we were booked at one resort but wanted to find something a little more spacious as we were 4 adults traveling to Cape Breton for vacation. We happened upon the Lantern Hill and Hollow beach front cottages and suites and by luck there was a cancellation and we were able to...

We spent two nights and three days at Lantern Hill and Hollow. It quickly became one of the favorite places on our 9 day vacation. We wished we could have stayed longer! We were in a suite in the main lodge and our room was impeccable and quiet. We loved the views overlooking the cottages and the ocean. The sound...

Stayed in a well maintained modern cabin close to a beach. Internet available (didn't work for my wife's iphone) and cable.

We stayed in the Daydreamer Cottage (right on the beach) for four nights and had a delightful time. Well-appointed and spotless, it was a perfect stop to enjoy the Cabot Trail area. When the weather was sunny, we were outside on the deck with a gorgeous view and the sound of the waves lapping the beach was mesmerizing. The gas...
